We have 10 forested hilly acres 12 miles from Ithaca. We’ve built a camp 120 yards uphill with a covered dry lean-to with a double bed platform inside to put your sleeping bags or to put supplies off the ground & dry. Lots of room for tents. We have a primitive upper camp where you can also put tents for privacy. There’s a teepee with a wood base. The campfire has a grill, 2 homemade benches & an Adirondack chair. An orange hammock and also a picnic table. There’s a fun homemade swing & seesaw. We made many marked walking trails around our land to enjoy. There is access to well water. Dry cut bundled ash Firewood is available for $6 a bundle on our porch. For ecological reasons outside wood from over 50 miles can’t be brought in. . There is a portable toilet and a hose cold shower attachment, not private, to rinse off. Our jump in the one or creek.
Come enjoy. It is very quiet. We are close to Treman, Buttermilk And Taughannock State Parks which all have swimming. Watkins Glen State Park and racetrack is half an hour away. There is downhill skiing at Greek Peak 45 minutes away if you are winter campers. We are 14 miles from Cornell University and 10 miles from Ithaca College. We are between two finger lakes, Cayuga and Seneca, there are 60 wineries and breweries around the lakes.Woman’s Rights National Museum in Seneca Falls, Corning Museum of Glass is fabulous. I loved tent camping here! Such a great place very accommodating for us and our puppies. There were nice hiking trails and a very cute little swing and hammock set up that I thoroughly loved🖤 we will definitely be returning!
Pamela's place was a lovely and secluded place to camp with the family. There's a small playground at the site that our kids loved. Plenty of tree cover kept it cool on a hot weekend. Very close to Buttermilks Falls and Robert Treman.
We had an amazing experience and will stay again in the future!

We love that the canopy of the trees and the lean to kept us dry in the freak storm! The kids loved playing on the sea-saw and swing as well at the teepee and lean to for activities!!! We hiked the trail to the upper and camp and fished pond !! Pamela was a super host and very welcoming- and private camp area !

Beautiful land, fun environment, private & excellent hospitality! Pam met us when we arrived and gave us the low-down of the land! There are private trails right off of the site, my dog was even able to confidently be off leash for the first time.
Pamela and Bob did an amazing job on creating a space for people to genuinely enjoy! The inclusion of hand crafted pieces is unique and so useful! The space is also very private and secluded while still being plenty close enough to necessities. Pamela is kind, helpful, welcoming and makes the process as easy as possible. We will absolutely be coming back to enjoy staying here again!
Such an extraordinary property. We had an awesome experience and Pam was so gracious. The perfect distance away from all activities. A campers perfect dream when it comes to privacy and experience.
Beautiful, peaceful campsite in the forest. Pamela and Bob are wonderful hosts. Very welcoming and helpful, ensuring we had everything we needed to camp. Thank you for sharing your lovely sanctuary in the woods! It was so nice to meet you two x
