Wouldn't stay here again
Sadly, we were disappointed with our stay. Granted, we did arrive late as we got delayed in traffic. We arrived closer to 9pm. The note on the office door said to (ring the camera bell) tried multiple times and eventually had to call. The gentleman that answered directed us to our site (we couldn't find it in the dark and grabbed an empty site, not in the woods but on a field) and said he was busy "taking care of some issues in the campsite and would be along shortly." He never arrived, which was unfortunate as we had prepaid for firewood. After over an hour my husband eventually went looking for wood and found some on an empty site. I went to the bathroom to discover overflowing garbage and sanitary dispensers and no paper towel and no heat. It was still that way the next morning, when I went to shower, with cold water which never warmed even after running it. Sadly, with exchange on the Canadian dollar it cost me over $50 for a bad stay.

Peaceful setting, drive thru was easy and site full hook up! Nice hike to Lake Lauderdale/Washington County Park. Nice hot clean shower

Great campsite! Owner and staff were super friendly upon arrival and made sure we had enough firewood for the weekend. Great privacy but not a far walk if you want to meet new friends!
