Ken has created a truly comfortable, serene space on his land. He went out of his way to make sure everything was all set for me. The kayak rental option was great, his sites are superbly well kept. I was able to try out two of his tent sites during my trip and both were equally excellent. Holy recommended and I will be back.
Ken is a fantastic host who is putting so much care into sharing his beautiful plot of land with campers. My group of four with two tents stayed for one night over the weekend and we had an incredible time that exceeded our expectations in so many ways. Thanks for everything, Ken!
We had a fantastic time at Ken’s property. The campsite was very well maintained and private, and Ken was a very welcoming and gracious host, even taking us on a boat ride on lake Seneca. The bathroom is completely new and very well finished, including some candles :) Overall, we had a great time and will visit again!
This spot was exactly what we were looking for! It was very relaxing and fairly quiet. Ken was a wonderful and accommodating host. He was very responsive and friendly as well. The site was perfect, next to a stream with lots of room for our toddler to throw rocks in the water and splash around. The waterfall at the end of the site was awesome as well. He didn’t want to leave! We even fed the horses at the site some carrots.
The fire pit was ideal and adding on the firewood bundle made everything easy. We even added another one the second night. Bathroom was clean and comfortable to use as well. We loved it here and we will definitely be back!
Our camp host was absolutely terrific! He made sure our stay was more than we could have ever expected.
The site was so tranquil and relaxing. We even got to watch a mink hunt in the creek near camp!
Peaceful, beautiful land, secluded
You must camp here!! The waterfall is better than taughannock falls!!! Ken’s land is stunning acres on acres of peacefulness. From the moment we pulled in, we knew we made the right decision to camp here. We were greeted by Ken who is super friendly and helpful. He showed us our campsite which was located right next to a waterfall and he supplied us with firewood. We had the perfect amount of privacy and seclusion here and didn’t feel too close to other campsites. The only time I saw other campers was on the way in and out during the day and everyone was super friendly. I would say this is a great spot for couples and families with small children. Ken has a cute dog named Lucky and we saw 3 beautiful horses. We went kayaking one day on lake Seneca and met Ken there who supplied us with 2 of his kayaks. Coming from NYC this exceeded our expectations of other camping experiences we’ve had in the past that were closer to the city. We will definitely be back to camp here again next year ☺️
The perfect escape
We had an awesome stay at Waterfall Creek. Ken was an awesome host and very accommodating. We stayed on the site furthest from the waterfall, but it was only a short walk away to sightsee. We stayed right by a stream and had our own firepit. We felt tucked away enough from the other campers to feel like we were in our own little world. Can’t wait to book another stay - hopefully later this year!
