The amenities available at this location are excellent. Not only is the tent the best glamping setup I have ever seen, with very nice touches such as a reclining chair with faux fur blanket, but there is a camp kitchen, hot water shower, plenty of firewood and eggs, and several spots to sit outside with a group. I think it is important to consider this not really camping, however, and more like an outdoor hotel. Reason being, the three tents are in proximity to each other, and to access the aforementioned amenities, you are walking around the other occupants of the site and vise-versa. It is not exactly the quietest and most solo camping experience. But if you're looking for a "lite" version of camping, this is a great choice.

Had a wonderful stay! Ruthie was a warm and welcoming host. We stayed in site 3 and really enjoyed having so much space in the tent. The bed was really comfy. The shower facility was just what I needed post-hike during our visit. Also loved the chairs with footrests on our little porch. My friend and I hiked Stokes State Forest and Delaware Water Gap Recreational Area using this as our home base. Really enjoyed the Warwick Valley Winery & Distillery not too far aware as well. Would return.

Our stay at Coyote creek was amazing. We enjoyed so much that we are definitely thinking of going back at some point to just relax. Bryan and Ruthie's place is perfect getaway for those who just want relaxing time away from routine. The hosts were the most amazing people, our tent felt extremely cozy and it was well maintained. Each tent has its own private fire pit and gas grill. There are free roaming chickens on the farm and a creek that runs through property. There are hammocks, common seating place and a wagon overlooking field for common use. Hosts were very gracious and answered all our questions. There are farm fresh eggs available for breakfast that you can buy from them. Night skies were amazing. This place is also not at all far from the town, Appalachian trail and other outdoor activities.

Bryan and Ruthie have created such a welcoming and relaxing spot for the perfect getaway! Our tent was very clean and there was lots to do in the area. The brewery just up the road was a great weekend activity and the food was delicious. Bryan and Ruthie have put a lot of effort into making their space comfortable and stylish, and they were a delight to interact with. I would definitely recommend this stay for anyone who wants to enjoy the beautiful outdoors.

The glamping tent was beautiful. The community outdoor cooking was great. The surrounding area was fantastic for hiking. From the tent I could hear the live music from the nearby brewery which was really nice. The tents are fairly close together, so not at all ideal for a romantic getaway. There was no hot water in the shower, as promised. And there was a port-o-potty instead of the compost toilet.

Response from Bryan & Ruthie, the Host, on September 19th, 2021

Hi Jennifer, We’re so sorry that there wasn’t any hot water! There was an issue that we only became aware of after your stay. We sincerely apologize as we normally offer an amazing showering experience. We had just removed the composting toilet from the shower room as well as it was making it less pleasing to all other guests. We are aware of this and are looking for other alternatives. Thank you for sharing your thoughts about the spacial parameters .…this is something we will be considering for next season. We are pleased however that you did enjoy your beautiful tent and our gorgeous farm! Sadly, things don’t always go our way as hosts, but we are doing our very best to make everyone’s Glamping experience special and want you to know that you have been heard! Warmly, Coyote Creek Crew

We had such a great time staying at Bryan & Ruthie's site. Both B&R provided a really warm welcome and were friendly and available to offer tools, tips, and suggest things to do in the area. We were able to take our dog roaming through the various fields on the property and had a great time at the brewery across the street (delicious pizza!). The only thing I would change for our next visit would be to get some friends to come with us and rent the other tents!
Thanks Bryan and Ruthie!!!

Magical place. Every aspect was bespoke, handmade and well thought out. On a really gorgeous farm with a stream. Our tent was on a raised deck with a porch, had an extra comfy bed, & was nicely decorated. It rained one night and the tent was super cozy and absolutely dry. Ruthie & her son Bryan (& family) were all gracious and helpful. There was a wonderful HOT shower in a lovely custom hut. Coffee/tea set up for the mornings with a variety of seating areas and firepits. There were also millions of fireflies at sunset and a local craft brewery within walking distance. Really everything was perfect.
