The campsite is at the original 1906 selection block by the late John Pearce (one of the first settlers in the area) and has extensive views.in dry weather you can get here in 2WD towing a small camper trailer. There is a steep hairpin bend so I do not recommend caravans with 2WD vehicles (4WD vehicle and caravan could handle this). If you have queries regarding access check photos in gallery or please ask me. Flushing bush toilet. Dogs permitted. Good telephone and internet reception. Ideal for flying your new drone
Steep incline to camping site. Wonderful views, close to bush, powered site, mountain water available (tapped from mountain spring), undercover available in old dairy building.

Book a trip here asap
Don’t even bother reading my review, just go and book a stay here because you won’t regret it!
Norm’s place was perfect in every way possible. He met us on arrival and made us feel so comfortable, showed us around and invited us to watch the daily dairy farm operations.
The property itself has all the luxuries of a holiday park (cooking facilities, hot showers, flushing toilet, power, picnic tables, fire pit etc) but it was our own little piece of absolute paradise! Don’t even get me started on that incredible bathtub…
Norm has thought of everything possible to make it the most comfortable stay, from clear signage on the property, to board games, firewood, refrigerator, electric frypan and kettle, bath bombs and bubble bath, solar lighting and even a tv! The beautifully maintained green grass that overlooks the dairy farm just made it so picturesque.
Thank you so much Norm, you will definitely be seeing us again!
Amazingly beautiful, relaxing
Even before we got here Norm and Narelle reached out to let us know that they wouldn't be there but their son would look after us if we needed anything, which we didn't, everything you could need is here. Norm, Narelle and staff have done an amazing job of making it rustic luxury. It is everything the other reviews say and more, even Bailey the farm dog came for a visit and had a nap under my ute and a trip down the hill in the back........Simply put its an amazing place to be with a view that would be hard to beat.
Lovely views and fabulous outdoor bath. The kitchen area is also well set up, and handy amenities and covered area. It was a great place to stay for adults and kids. Fun checking out the dairy too. Thanks!
Camping at its absolute best!
We booked both sites, the Sapphire Coast Dairy and Homestead and they were absolutely divine; the most perfect camping weekend away anyone could ask for! The facilities offered went above and beyond, with a fire pit, a scenic outdoor bath, a small kitchen facility with a sink and fridges, showers, a shelter that you can roll out a swag under, lots of games, a flushing toilet, and so much more. It was extremely private, located up on top of the hill overlooking the working dairy farm and behind was a n impressive stretch of gorgeous bushland. We also had two of our young dogs come along and they had an absolute ball, and luckily didn't try to chase the cows that come right up to the fence! Highly recommend this fantastic property, and I highly recommend booking both sites so that you can have the place to yourself. Absolutely epic!
Best camping spot ever
Norm and Narelle were the most amazing hosts!
The property was stunning and they've really thought of everything to make the stay comfy and enjoyable. We'll definitely be back
