NO CHAINSAWS on property, you are welcome to collect firewood by hand ONLY...
Plenty to do in the surrounding area! The property backs onto the Turon National Park and you will pass the Gardens of Stone National Park at the turn off to property (popular 4wd destination). Short drive to the Capertee Valley lookout which is the second largest canyon in the world and also very popular for bird watching. You can also take a drive down to Glen Davis Shale Oil Works ruins or spend the day with a trip to Mudgee Vineyards for some wine sampling! Or just kick back and enjoy the peacefulness of the country life and take in the amazing star display at night.
We do have some camping port-a-loo's to loan you (bring your own toilet paper) which will now incur a $10 cleaning fee, Please check availability !! We prefer self-contained campers with own toilet. Strict leave no trace policy with this...

Best place we have ever camped by far! Kellie was a lovely host and has an incredibly beautiful property. What a magnificent landscape. Many places to camp, plenty of space and enough distance apart.

This was without a doubt the most incredible camping experience of our lives (and we camp a lot!). STUNNING location on the edge of the river facing a beautiful cliff face. Beautiful hikes, native wildlife. Absolute heaven for us (and for our 2 silly sausage dogs). Total
secluded from the world. 10 stars out of 5. Highly highly recommend.
Thanks Kellie, we had a great time! Even though it was very fresh, we loved having a 30sec dip in the water hole. The kids spent the whole weekend by the river, we hardly saw them!
We plan on coming back when the weather is warmer. Loved it!

Enjoyed 2 great nights camping by the stream. The loop around the property took about 20min in 4wd and you could see the various sites. All looked great and provided plenty of privacy and vistas. Kids enjoyed picking blackberries. Look forward to coming back and enjoying with others. Brought some wood for fires but wasn’t hard to find some on the property as well.
Total privacy and amazing serenity
We just got back for a wonderful 3 day stay on this beautiful property. We absolutely loved the scenery plus the privacy especially being the NSW school holidays and a long weekend. Thank you Kellie for sharing this beautiful piece of the world with us. We 100% will be back.
