This 600 acre working ranch just south of Raton, New Mexico off interstate 25 is a great jump off point to Angel fire, Taos, Santa Fe, and southern Colorado. Located on the historic Santa Fe Trail, this ranch offers open space for a tent with breathtaking, beautiful surroundings. Pets welcome. No fires.Enter the ranch and turn left at the house to follow the road down a short depression to the Horse Corral Campsite. Pitch your tent in the open space alongside the family horse corral. Located under a beautiful tree, which provides a lovely shade in the afternoon. Enjoy nearby walks and vistas. Be sure to keep an eye out for antelope and elk!
