Our Goji berry farm is nestled in the Sangre De Cristo Mountains in close proximity to Taos (11 miles) and It is only thirty minutes to Taos Ski Valley and Red River.
We raise organic goji berries and have baby chicks and miniature goats. We also have an eco-lodge with historic rustic log cabins and adobe casitas for rent short and longer term.
The eco cabins are surrounded by national forest and the land has creeks, ponds, aspens and cottonwood trees, flower gardens, stone paths, goji, raspberry and apple orchards and great views of the mountains. We use only green cleaners and recycle. Most cabins and casitas have wood fire stoves plus energy efficient heat pumps.
These historic casitas and cabins offer a great country retreat for writers and artists, couples who seek solitude and families who would like to experience living on a farm in the country side. It is a great place to just to to kick back in, take walks or fish. Our place is also a bird sanctuary and a couple of dedicated bird watchers counted up tp 100 different species! There is a play ground outside and we are adding animals to our petting zoo
Aldous Huxley and D.H. Lawrence lived and wrote here, so the writers who come here are in great company. The cabins are fully-furnished and each cabin has a separate kitchen and bathroom. The tap water from from our deep wells, is mineral rich and safe to drink.During summer we have fresh, organic vegetables available to guests and during late summer and fall there are plenty of apples to pick. We do have a small farm cafe, generally opening on Memorial Day and closing on Labor Day. We also serve pastries, coffee, tea, hot chocolate, yoghurt, berries and fritata for a suggested donation. We also offer a farm breakfast at 8am and a farm lunch at 1:30 am Monday to Friday with out wwoofers (willing workers on organic farms) for an extra fee. Please give us 24 hours notice.
This cabin is located in a duplex style structure, it is not a stand alone cabin.

Erick and Elizabeth were WONDERFUL! The place was spiritually energizing.
IF you get a chance... DO have breakfast and meet the volunteers. I found them to be VERY nice and quite interesting to talk to. Several of them were post-baccalaureates and quite inspirational/refreshing to visit with.
We were easily able to find the cabin once we got in the area. The concept of the whole farm was great. Lots of fun activities like outdoor ping pong, swinging in hammocks and petting the barn animals. The cabin was cute and quaint. If you arn't afraid of a few daddy long legs, then you'll be golden. The bed was incredibly comfortable.
We wish we would have gotten to speak with the owners or some workers more about the farm, but it was a holiday weekend and they were scarce. This place was great for a quiet little getaway. It has a ton of accommodation options and even caters to weddings. We would love to come back and bring friends and/or family.

We had such a great stay here! Everyone was so friendly and the owners took us around for a tour of the farm. It is a working farm, so there will be people constantly around working or hanging out, and you can interact as much or as little as you want. You can keep to yourself and have a little retreat in the mountains in a beautiful log cabin, or you can make new friends and get a tour of the farm. They also encourage you to wander the farm and explore by yourself as much as you want. The cabin we stayed in was a duplex, but you would never know it. They cabin was quiet and fully stocked with a kitchen, living/bedroom space, and bathroom. And the decor was very southwest modern and perfect in every way! Such a great retreat for us and very close to Taos which was a beautiful city to explore. I would recommend this place to everyone!
