Real friendly host. Totally fenced in property with septic and power. Nice area to sit and enjoy the sunset. Has a couple issues getting security gate open and power on, but he was helpful in getting everything to work.
Big yard for dog to run within.

Julian was very nice, I arrived in the dark and he stayed with me on the phone and sent a neighbor to help while I looked.
It was easy enough to back my 23 foot camper into and had hookups.
The sites a bit of a work in progress yet but is in a gated area and felt secure.

Enjoyed our 2-night stay with Julian in Albuquerque. He was so pleasant to work with from reserving the spot, to getting the gate code, to sending out a generator when the storm knocked out the power. He and his family took care of our every need. We didn't get to enjoy the hammock or pergola because of the weather but they would add a pleasant retreat in sunny weather. The bunnies and chickens were fun to watch.

Camping in Albuquerque
The spot was nice, the only thing I would recommend is that this spot is for smaller rv's, ours is 40 ft, I recommend 35 ft or less. The entry is very narrow. He does have chickens & rabbits, which were pretty cool. Julian was a great hosr. Super nice & attentive.

Nice private spot for a stay in Albuquerque! We had trouble with the directions provided in the HipCamp app, but a quick call to Julian got us to the right place. He was there to greet us and was very helpful with getting us settled in. He even gave us some freshly laid eggs! The spot has lovely green grass lawn and gazebo for relaxing in the shade. Will definitely go back if in the area again!
