Clean and quiet

Clean and quiet. A little off the beaten path and out of town but after reading reviews of the places in town this seemed like a good option for us. Note that there seemed to be a communication issue between hip camp and the sit. Property manager Gil was very helpful and friendly.

Greeted with a smile. And very accommodating. Felt comfortable and safe. Space is fine for a nights stay. Washer and dryer were handy but check the dryer lint filter before using it!

Well kept camp with small town feel

This was a convenient location near Carlsbad Caverns (30 minutes away) and 15 minutes from many dining options. The camp host (Gil) was very welcoming and knowledgeable about where to stop and places to eat as we planned to head West towards White Sands National Park. The campground is small but well appointed with enough space and privacy between spots.

Carlsbad Cavern National Park.

Gill was the perfect host. Helpful and courteous, it was a great off the beat path location. Easy and convenient to the national park, it was quiet and peaceful.

Hosts were very helpful but there were no showers and toilets as advertised. While there was wifi the signal was not strong enough to hold phone conversations and receive calls. The people were kind but the site was incorrectly advertised .
