"A haven of environmental stewardship and love for souls looking for retreat".

A uniquely private experience in nature.  Stay on a crystal clear lake surrounded by tall pines and wetlands, rendering an extensive wildlife habitat within a sanctuary of natural beauty.  Great care has been taken to nurture a secluded environment to explore, relax, restore and create; all on a hidden lake with its own beach, minutes from the sea.  Water sports and local beach passes are included in your stay.

Guests enter through a "contactless" private foyer using a personalized keypad. The Loft space is within its own building, adjacent to the main house where I live with my husband, Eric. Our secluded four season retreat hosts guests from around the world who are seeking an EXCLUSIVELY PRIVATE getaway at the shore.

Leave behind the distractions and busyness of life to make room for stillness, and conversations of the heart that bring healing and wellness. Whether sitting amongst tall pines, watching a sunset from the dock, hiking wandering trails, fishing a hidden cove, wading in crystal clear waters, writing, drawing, birding, boating, singing, praying; a time of peaceful recreation and restoration awaits you.

The spacious and well appointed 2nd story loft offers expansive views of our private lake property which is home to an abundance of turtles, migratory birds, fish, otter, fox, and much more. Guests have endless access to trails on forty private woods; an observation tower, prayer labyrinth, scattered vistas, water sports, and so much more. Water sport activity at the lake includes swimming, kayaks, canoes, sailboat, SUPs, water mat - all available late March - early Nov.  In addition, season beach passes are included in your stay, Memorial Day through Labor Day.

We are located in the quiet town of CAPE MAY COURT HOUSE, just five miles from the pure white sandy beaches of Stone Harbor and Avalon, and twelve miles from historic Cape May! This private lake is owned by my family, hidden within a quiet suburban neighborhood. With quiet nature hikes, abundant wildlife, glorious sunsets, fabulous restaurants, historical enrichment & more - there's something for everyone on New Jersey’s Cape May Peninsula.

The loft is an absolute gem! It is well built, beautifully appointed, and immaculately clean. Perfectly stocked and furnished to accommodate two people very comfortably. Lovely inspiring thoughts and images grace a few walls and tables. A shelf offers numerous games to play, books to read, and movies to watch. But you probably won't need those once you wander around the pristine, clear water lake. It is magical! The walking labyrinth, the tree house tower, kayaks, paddle boards, canoe, and fire pit had us outside enjoying this unique property as much as we could. Plus plenty of private spots for a picnic or a nap in the sun. We could feel the gentleness of the land and lake. Wind, birds, and peepers. Watched turtles sunning on logs and fish swimming below our kayaks. What a perfect retreat spot! The owner Robin checked in several times to be sure we had everything we needed, was warm and friendly, but not intrusive. During our stay, the owners were in the process of adding a deck off the lake side of the loft just because "it needed a deck" for guests to more completely enjoyed the lake and the sunsets. Can't wait to return in warmer weather to swim in the lake. I give it five stars!

Lovely decor.Lunch in the tower.Breakfast on the dock.Just enough for what we needed.
