Small Camper on your own private campsite, water, electric, heat, ac-- its like camping but just a little "fancy". This is a small camper so best suited for two people but the dinette does turn into a very "very" small bed. We are close to Franconia State Park, Lincoln/Woodstock and Waterville Valley. We have a beautiful set up nestled in the woods. Covered gazebo with table and chairs, covered cooking space, electric BBQ, fire pit, river tubes and more. Enjoy our trail thru woods and enjoy waving to Cafe Lafayette Dinner Train go by. We live right next door so if you forget anything or have questions we are just hop, skip and jump away. **We do allow dogs but must remain leashed at all times, we have two dogs on our property that are trained to stay within our property line and we have neighbors who strongly prefer no dogs on their property as they have guests staying there- we need to fully respect this so we can continue to allow dogs at this listing. ***This is a not a commercial campground***Have your own private campsite and Tiny camper a 2018 StarCraft Satellite in heart of the White Mountains.  We are close to Franconia State Park, Lincoln/Woodstock and Waterville Valley. Thoughtful Site With good amenities
Jolene was a communicative and lovely host. Although we endured nearly a full 48 hours of rain, her screen room kept us dry and sheltered from the elements and the amenities allowed us to enjoy our stay. She even has board games to get you through the weather. She recommended some swimming holes, but we were only able to visit the one a short walk from the site which was an awesome spot. Seeing the dinner train go by was a treat! A thoughtful spot with good amenities. Would recommend!

Amazing campsite
Site it beautiful and very close to Franconia State park. Site includes a covered canopy, fire pit, chairs, and various kitchen tools. Host was amazing. She helped me back my camper in and gave us tips for local swimming. I highly recommend this site.

Absolutely lovely ! It was all the small details the hosts thought of that made it truly amazing. I was staying alone and felt extremely safe. The area is just gorgeous. Highly recommend and will 100% be back.
