Welcome to our property located in Hebron, nestled in the Lakes Region of New Hampshire. Here, you'll find ample space to store your boat, as well as access to a beach just a 3-minute drive away at the town beach on Newfound Lake.
This entire 5-acre property will be yours to enjoy, comprising fields and woodlands that border the Cockermouth River, providing a serene environment shared only with the local wildlife like deer and wild turkeys. Despite its peaceful setting, the location remains close to many area attractions and charming towns.
On-site amenities include a 50' gravel pad, potable water, 50/30/20 amp service, a fire pit stocked with complimentary firewood, a picnic table, and two Adirondack chairs. Additionally, sewage dumping facilities are available on-site for your convenience.

The five-acre property is along the Cockermouth River and is all for your enjoyment. Amenities include: field stone campfire pit; free firewood; picnic table and Adirondack chairs; beach pass; and free parking for your boat. The site includes water and electric hookups with on-property dump station (cart also provided). There are numerous nearby outdoor activities including hiking, boating, and fishing. Also nearby are Wellington State Park and Grey Rocks Conservation Area (both located on beautiful Newfound Lake), the Town Forest (with hiking trails), Polar Caves, and Sculptured Rocks. We’re also one hour from Franconia Notch State Park and 45 minutes from Cardigan Mountain State Park for eventful day trips. Minimum 7 night rental with Saturday to Saturday bookings.
