I bought a lot here over 20 years ago when this area had nothing but wild horses on it and to this day the wild goats and horses still Rome.
Just a few houses have been built on this mountain in the last 20 years, it still remains pretty much untouched.
I am so fortunate to still have raw land around me.
I built my tiny surf shack 4 years ago. Sometimes I take my Teepee outback and hike a few hills over and just post up for the evening. It’s a great place to watch the stars, the mountains, the ocean and I have a 180° view of everything Baja right from my backyard.
I tell everyone if you want to find my house just seek Jesus because there is a monolithic Jesus of the Sacred Heart Statue on the hill next to mine.
People come from all over the world to visit it.
There is an artist studio across the yard (separate rental) it too is available for rent. It has its own outdoor shower, toilet and sink and it is wall-to-wall ceiling to floor windows.
It is a fantastic room to sleep in, especially in a rain storm.
Hey guys if there’s more than two people make sure I know about it because I only have two water tanks here and it’s gonna cost an extra $20 to refill them for you so go easy on the water.
We are eco-friendly here, and trying to make a smaller carbon footprint on the planet.
There’s only one double bed upstairs. I have a couple of extra air beds, so let me know if you need them.
