Camping sites are in a grass hay field and are mostly level with some small variations in terrain due to gopher holes, etc. You will be surrounded by rolling hills, aspen groves, and conifers against a backdrop of Ovando Mountain and the Bob Marshall Wilderness. Wildlife is abundant here, sunrises and sunsets are magical, and the night sky is unaffected by light pollution. 420 FRIENDLY!!! This property is located less than 1/4 mile from the little town of Ovando, where guests can fuel up vehicles and purchase ice and grocery items from the Ovando Commercial Company, grab a bite to eat at Trixi's Saloon or The Stray Bullet, visit the museum, or talk flyfishing with the knowlegeable folks over at the Blackfoot Angler. There is also a post office, a river shuttle company, and a church.
