Pomme Camping Patch

Paul is a very communicative host with a couple of great spots for the night. He’s got hookups to offer, and I felt safe and secure parked along the fence just down the hill from the road. Auto noises didn’t continue much into the night so I slept well there :)

Second time my friends went camping here and we had a great time again. He makes it clear what there is and isn’t so we knew what to bring. Very convenient spot because we were fairly isolated so we didn’t have to worry about making too much noise and there was plenty of space for our dog to roam. There was also a convenience store, nice hometown diners, and a good swimming spot nearby that made the trip so much more enjoyable.

Nice place. A little close to the road, but the owner let us pull around behind the house on the property, and we set up our camper facing the woods. The house acted as a nice buffer, so the road noise was minimal. There’s a great little beach and secluded cove about a mile away, and we had it all to ourselves for swimming and relaxing. All in all a nice little getaway.

Camp is exactly as described. Short drive to the Lake was a great break from the heat. Had the whole place to ourselves on a Sunday night

Me and my friends had a great time here a nice secluded stay can be hard to find if you are not aware of the area the cat that stays in the area is very nice and made the trip even better host was very helpful

We got a socially distanced roadtrip break for 2 days at his property - it was perfect: quiet as it was winter, local guidance from the host Paul and all we needed: power + wifi - and a welcome bonus: a resident affectionate cat we would have stolen given half the chance! We’d happily stay again

This was my husband and my first Hipcamp booking and we couldn't have asked for a better first time experience. Paul was an absolutely wonderful host. Before we arrived he provided a list of restaurants, grocery stores, places to see in the area, etc. that was super helpful in preparing for our stay. We were able to hookup to our needed 30 amps and the wifi and had no problems with either. Paul mentioned that he has more projects that he will be working on to improve the experience even more. If or when our travels pass through this area again we will for sure stay again and see what more has been done to this beautiful property.

Paul was an amazing host from the beginning and helped us get parked in the perfect spot when we arrived as it was getting dark. We just wanted to rest for a few days, which this spot was perfect for. He gave us plenty of recommendations of things to do and stores in the area, and we took him up on his offer to a quiet view of the sunset on a nearby lake. Paul is a very welcoming and accepting person, and we feel lucky that we found him in this area. We were a little hesitant to stay somewhere surrounded by so many small towns, but Paul went above and beyond in making us feel safe and welcome. Also, there is a cat that usually hangs out by the garage but it is very friendly and will come up for you to pet her. This was an all around great stop and will be the only place we stay if we're ever in the area again.

Owners were very nice and accommodating, friendly and helpful.
Lend us a fire pit for us to use The entire stay and provided helpful information about the area.
Nice sunset over by the lake bring bug repellent and a fishing pole.
We had power 50 amp and water was available to fill pur tank.
