Getting the 1995 dutchman classic on the market for rent . It's a nice two bed one bath with a 10x4 slide out in the living room nice somewhat updated trailer I used to live in it for a year and a half, Fixing up the original house on the land a 1900 dovetail cabin. Got a fire pit ,grill ,walking trail and minutes from pike river also have a Canoe and boat I can drop at the landings. The camper is about 350ft from the house down a fire road through back yard/car lot , bunch of trees can't see the house from campsite has hot shower flushing rv toilet and 5 gal refillable drinking water dispenser single bed in back double in front and a couch in the living room if yah have more company there is a spot for tenting . It's a work in progress I'll update photos ,just wired it with 120v ac so it has microwave and mini fridge! The deck will be screened in and with a roof by mid summer. I'd guess the immediate camp site around rv is a acre or so then there's another 5 on the other side with a trail and sauna still being constructed lol. depending on rain level swamp dries up if too dry there will be a campfire ban.Hey im kyle i got a busy yard up front building random things with scrap metal and cars. I'm also reviving the oldest house in the area its a 1900 dovetail cabin that hasn't been lived in full time for over 40 years but im working with what i got so it's a slow n steady progress, used to live in the camper . The property is split out back past my parts yard reuse area, at the center of the drain valley its all nature deep wooded popular with some older pine you can see burn marks from the mothersday fire in 92' still, Camper is located next to a snow melt creek, at the back of the property. Nice quiet spot to enjoy nature! The hill house and all my stuff is on 2.5acres the other 7 is yours to discover It has a fully functional bathroom and kitchen with a deck and green space out front (still under construction in photos) I'll update soon. Has a near 300 gal water tank for non potable but can shower wash dishes and toilet with. Office type water dispenser for drink/cook water. I can refill at house and 120v running mini fridge and microwave , TV. Otherwise it's a good sized trailer top of the line in 95' the slide out really makes it a nice place to hangout in with the cool evenings up north and I ve seen 30s at night in June! So it has heat as well for cold nights . Nice quiet yard space and woods with a walking trail. I got a boat and Canoe i can drop at the river 3 min from the camper down 26 too .If ya like the place in the summer come visit in the winter! Drive on frozen lake vermilion for miles! Good ice fishing! Giants ridge ski hill nearby and 100s of miles of snowmobile trails, near end of September water gets cut only potable water and outhouse. I lived in it through-40 no water for weeks! The good old days! I'll hook up the furnace in the cold weather regardless it's been my guest house for years, just up rooted it and moved it in late April so it's getting freshly reblocked again in its final resting spot Out in the back woods it's a unique trailer to stay in, nice n cozy not too nice yah think your gonna break something in it or scratch something just a little worn in but up kept and modified over the years pet friendly tile floor in living room living room/kitchen nearly 10x 12 room! (More space to sleep extra mattress under front bed) ,Building a screen porch for it too By end of may. At night leave make sure food is inside trailer bears will try to eat it. If you have bear problem bang two kitchen pans and yell they run, I've be outside digging and heard a neighbor down the road banging and yelling then I know I'll have company soon! There big chickens. Stay away from cub mama bear combo ( most dangerous ). Other than that coyotes can be nearby they sound nice at night or early morning's some days. It's out of town enough to have good wildlife. I almost hit a moose 5 minutes from my house this winter! All kinds of critters rabbit fox wolf mink porcupine grouse deer and the sound of frogs in the swamp at night, best star view too! Come for a stay great place great price tower/soudan is 10 miles or so away giants ridge is 20 casino 10 ely 30miles good spot for a lot to go see!
