There is an outhouse and a shed with many yard games. There is a park model camper available to use with no hook ups other than gas stove

Great little camp ground and great host.
Charles, the host is awesome! He was available to answer our questions on both phone and text.
We loved the property and stayed in the camper though there is plenty of space for a large tent. Surrounded by birch trees and a field, don't be surprised if you see deer, eagles, owls, loons etc. The music of the loons and owls at night was magical.
Charles went above and beyond supplying us with fresh eggs from his free range chickens and setting up a trolling motor on his boat which we paid a little extra for.
We heard no traffic other than wildlife and highly recommend you stay here. The outhouse even has a light for night!
We had a nice time at this campsite. Host was nice, he met us outside when we arrived and had us follow him to the campsite, but otherwise left us to our privacy. Campsite was nice, plenty of space to set up our big tent. There is a lake with a dock down a short trail, unfortunately, the lake was too low for us to utilize the dock, but we were able to make a path through some long grasses to get our canoe in. I imagine when the water is normal this would be a very nice docking area.
The only thing we didn't appreciate was the fairly constant traffic noise and also some neighbor dogs (I assume) were very loud a few times a day. Overall, we really enjoyed this secluded site.
Sorry about the traffic noises, the highway is over a mile away and the township road is almost a half mile away. I am assuming that the highway which is on the other end of the lake is what you hear. The openness of the lake allows the sound to travel. I wish the lake level was higher but that to is out of my control. I am glad you had a good time otherwise and appreciate you being very careful with your campfires.
It was quiet and peaceful , close to spanning lake , would recommended !!!!!!!!
