Welcome to Blooming Bus Farms! We are a regenerative urban micro farm nestled on 15 acres. You’ll find Alpacas, Chickens and Guinea fowl to name a few, that help supply the much needed fertilizer for the flower farm. Your home away from home includes a 15 ft yurt furnished with queen size bed topped with 2” cooling memory foam topper, clean linens, tables, indoor seating for 2 with limited power. The site includes a fire ring with complimentary bundle of firwood, tiki torches full of fuel, 2 hammocks, a private restroom with hot shower, and solar lights. There is access to groomed trails and a sand volleyball court. While you are close to everything you feel far away from it all. Reminder - you are in nature, there are wild animals, snakes, bugs, and poison ivy. Keep your tent zipped up to keep mosquitoes out. Being close to everything does mean there is minimal traffic noise. Running water available May - October, weather depending. This is a working farm, but don’t worry - we will not run any loud equipment before 10:00 am!

I would strongly recommend Melissa's land to future campers! Everything was so thoughtfully accounted for prior to arrival. The host was very communicative and descriptive with instructions to get to each site. 10/10 and two thumbs up!
The setup at Melissa’s was absolutely perfect! The tent was clean and cozy and there was wood set up in the fire pit ready to go. Plenty of blankets for a chilly evening and the space heater kept the tent comfy. Our dog also had a great time :) would definitely come back and recommend to friends!
We had so much fun at this site. It’s beautiful, close enough to town, and easy to find. We stayed plenty warm enough and everything was set up so nicely. Highly recommend!!
Great service. Melissa had a fire going for us when we arrived. She responded to every question immediately. The place was very clean, welcoming and fun. My daughters and I had a great time. I would absolutely consider as a hotel alternative for future Notre Dame games.
What a wonderful set up! Saved me the trouble of packing for a camping trip and was remote feeling with al the necessities provided.
Best Glamping experience anyone can have!! Everything was very well thought off. The tent was pitched under lot of shady trees. The solar lights inside n outside tent was very helpful at night. The tiki torches were very useful in keeping mosquitos away. She had a first aid kit, s'mores sticks, extra blankets n lighter inside the tent. The little sink near fire pit area was so thoughtful. She had 2-3 gallons of nice drinking water for us in a cooler. Since it's a big property bugs n mosquitos are expected. Melissa had big pile of firewoods for us with starters. She suggested few restaurants for us and she was a very friendly host. She was very prompt in her replies. We will definitely go back to visit her 15 acre property in the future.
