Catoctin Quaker Camp was established in 1958 and its 385 acres are mostly forests. There is a pond, bath house, and plenty of land to explore (385 acres). The camp is located on Frederick County's South Mountain formation and is adjacent to the Frederick City watershed which is filled with beautiful trails. Wonderful! Rustic and simple, but all that we needed for a weekend of peace in the woods. Bathhouses, pond, tables and firewood/fire pit are all excellent amenities!

So lovely! The setting is peaceful, welcoming and still. The cabins are simple but everything we need. The welcome and help with things like firewood were perfect. We will come back again and again to this place of respite.

We had a small little gathering for my birthday. Having access to the lagoon and fire pit and ping pong table in a beautiful, private setting is a rare treat. It made the day very relaxing and special for all ages. The on sight caretaker is lovely too.

My family and I enjoyed our time. David and Dylan were helpful. It's a basic but spacious cabin. This one is close to bathroom/shower facilities which were clean and in good condition. Lots of things to do on the property and several parks to drive to.
