We are situated on the Mississippi River just 4 miles south of New Orleans. We are within 7 miles of the French Quarter and 9 miles to the Jazz Fest, City Park and 10 miles to the Lake Front. There are bike lanes and routes to many points of interest. We are also 22 miles from Delacroix Island and Hopedale where there are several charter services for those interested in our great fishing/hunting. Our property is quite, safe and rustic. We have a firepit and grills. There is running water, but no electricity or bathroom at present time. This property is great for tent camping or sprinter vans. We also are open to hosting BBQs/Seafood Boils, Live music, for small gatherings at additional charge. Check in is 8am to 7pm. Quiet time is 10pm to 7am.We are situated on the Mississippi River just 4 miles south of New Orleans. Rollin On The River 1
Trace has done a ton of work on this property. I tent camped and had a torrential downpour and the tent area drained great. Only 15 minutes from the French Quarter too
