We purchased this property in March 2021, after relocating here for work and visiting countless properties to find the right one, and fell in love with the total nature feel - despite it was neglected and illegally dumped on under previous ownership. We have spent many weekends with our children cleaning the roadside and entry way of dumped bottles and trash, while recycling what we can. We are still uncovering much trash and tires on frequented trails as seasons change. We felt obligated to own this property and clean it, and restore it back to its magnificent natural state. Rain storms often bring new trash in the creek, so we have provided disposal facilities for non food trash found or consumed on the property, and hope you leave the property better than you found it as well :D
