The Proper T is the established permanent residence of 55+ tenants. It is quiet, scenic and rural. We are 3 fully fenced acres on the west edge of the Weir Prairie plateau, overlooking the Deschutes River valley. Many people stop to watch sunsets over Capitol Forest and the stargazing is outstanding! We are surrounded by many public and private lands, lakes, streams. Puget Sound, ocean beaches and the cascades are all very close too!Full hookups. Peaceful in the lineup of older retired long term spaces.
