It was a great stay, just was not aware that the camper was stored there by the owner, the campground is close to 3 houses and there is construction (?) happening nearby. No real complaints, the site was clean and spacious. I appreciate the clear instructions by the host and would certainly stay again.

We LOVEDDD this campsite!! Has electric, water, and a large flat gravel area which makes it super easy to get set up. The view is unlike anything I’ve ever seen, so worth it!

Great place for our family to camp for one night. We had a truck and we’re car camping so made it up the last hairpin turn into the site in 4 wheel drive but that would have been challenging if we had been hauling anything. Thanks for accepting our same day request. My husband was able to have a virtual board meeting from our campsite thanks to the unexpected wifi connection.

Lake Cle Elum Escape
This is a great set up and fantastic for a multi family experience. Very private. Wifi was a nice touch that I wasn't expecting. Water and electrical hook up and Grey water dump were super convenient. Final approve could be a bit challenging for some especially if pulling a trailer. Host was very responsive and communicative throughout the process to make sure I was aware of any challenges with my rig. Truck and 19 foot trailer made it no problem but could see some set ups might have issue. Well worth it for the views and privacy.

The site is beautifully located, high in the hills. So private and so quiet. We were in a self-contained Cabana van, so this was a perfect space for us. Suprised to see the 30-amp hook up at the electric panel. Worked great.
Had we known the strung-up Christmas lights were our final destination, it would have made it a bit easier to find in the dark when we arrived. Now there's a sign - look for 903 and take that drive up to the site.

Dan was super communicative and clear about the challenges we may face getting a Class C RV up to the site. We didn’t end up making it all the way up, but were able to park at the lower section and walk up to enjoy the fire ring. Just a quick drive away from the lake. Highly recommend!

Car camped w 4Runner + AluCub w our two off leash trained dogs who explored all day. Nice and quiet, water, wifi and fire pit (too hot to use). Loved the string lights across the property and owner was very nice and responsive. Would definitely come up again with another couple for a relaxing weekend.

The view was wonderful, site nice and open with plenty of room. Fire ring was great to sit by, and it's a great place to do some stargazing.
Cle Elum and Roslyn nearby have some tasty spots to eat, and the recreation/boat input area on the road to the campsite lead to some incredible views right on the lake.
Price point of 100 may be a bit high for camping, but all in all we had a great night.

Amazing, beautiful, and peaceful. We've been to a few Hipcamps and so far this tops them all!! Spent 3 night and wish we had reservations for the week. We sleep in a Tepui and and the morning views of Lake Cle Elum with a cuppa just made it hard to start are day.
The lot is large but the view, can't say enough about the view and the privacy. Dan is a great host and has done a lot to his property to make it accommodating to his guess.
The dive way was fine for our Landcruiser and Jeep (both 4 wheel drive) but I can see it being a little tough going with a front or rear wheel drive car.
I can definitely say we'll be back.

Lake Cle Elum Escape
This site is set back on the mountain side over looking Cle Elum lake. Beautiful view and the privacy is worth the premium price you pay. Dan was very good at communicating with us and quick to respond with any questions we had. Heed the warning of the steep drive way, if you are not skilled in driving with a trailer and don’t have 4x4 I would not advise.
