We have a 5-acre, third-generation working farm, just 1.5 miles from the historic downtown Poulsbo waterfront. We will begin taking reservations in May 2025. Enjoy your campsite next to our shaded portion of Johnson Creek. We are a quarter mile down our private road off Finn Hill, and there is only one residence past the campsites. As this is a working farm, there are chickens and a rooster who crows in the morning. There are also numerous hazards for small children. Like most farms, we tend to accumulate materials for future projects that may look fun to play on but are definitely not safe. We will include a map at check-in showing safe areas for kids to explore. There are two permanent residences on the property. We will give you your space, but if you happen to see Dave, Shawna, or their kids (all adults — Hiatt, Enos, Amanda, Morgan — no “good son-in-law”) outside, feel free to ask them any questions about the area. Dave and Shawna especially love to share the history of the farm and the surrounding area. Shop for farm-fresh eggs, cut flowers, herbs, plants, and seasonal produce at our farm stand, or enjoy shopping along the waterfront in downtown Poulsbo. Kayak rentals are available on the waterfront, or you can reserve a campsite that includes our two kayaks, which you can use for a full day. We will haul them to the waterfront and pick them up for you.We have approximately 1 acre of creekside camping available. With dispersed camping, you get to choose where you would like to set up. Camping spots across the creek are easily accessed via a quick walk out to the road, across the bridge and back on to our property. All parking is located behind the barn.
