2 acre of secluded forest on Whidbey Island. 15 minutes south of Deception Pass State Park. Private bookings only - one group at a time. Suitable for parking up to 4 RVs plus boat trailers if you book all 3 sites. The forest land is nice and soft, with leveled terraces for tents. Land is not fenced, so please plan to keep your pets on a leash. Garage has paved driveway parking with water hookup. Electrical hookup possible with 1 week notice. Summer blackberries are perfect for picking in the morning, and the small orchard we planted during the pandemic is bearing delicious fruit to pick fresh off the trees! Come up here with a group of quiet friends to enjoy camping close to everything North Whidbey has to offer. We bought this property nearly 20 years ago and have spent summers rebuilding it ever since. Excited to offer it up on Hipcamp again this year! HUNTING INFORMATION: Dusty Lane Retreat is a short walk (and an even shorter drive) East on Crescent Harbor Rd from NAS Whidbey Hunting Access. https://www.whidbeynewstimes.com/news/meeting-permit-required-to-hunt-on-base/ While there is no shooting allowed on the property, we welcome responsible, registered, insured hunters! Please be ready to provide your licenses, permits, insurance and registration information to the hosts if you intend to hunt while camping at Dusty Lane Retreat. We do not allow processing of deer on the property. Birds, shellfish and fish are fine, as long as you clean up and remove all debris, including any bones left in the Designated Fire Pit.
