Welcome to our little homestead! 20 acres in the woods, close to Spokane and Coeur d'Alene. Our property offers many levels with many different spots to pitch a tent There is a small cabin on site that you can also use, sit on the deck next to the fire pit while enjoying nature. Right down the road is a State Park with river and swimming access along with miles of hiking trails and many other Parks near by, a Discovery Pass is included with your stay so you can explore them all! The property has no power or water but a large battery bank with a solar panel is included and there is water available on our neighboring property. We are surrounded by thousandths of undeveloped acres so wildlife is everywhere, from deer, moose to bears and everything in between so food needs to be locked up and no pets.20 acres to choose from on where you want to pitch your tent, from beautiful views on the bluff to a small cabin in the woods, the choice is yours! Water is available at the adjacent property but guests will need to be self contained, take waste with them and leave no trace. A battery bank with a solar panel is provided for any charging needs. The cabin area has a deck with a gas fire pit. It is currently being renovated which will be completed shortly. Riverside State Park is just down the road, a short hike will take you to an area called the Cove for swimming and fishing, a Discovery Pass is included so you can visit all the nearby State Parks!
