The Penfield Tiny House was amazing! Just exactly the get-a-way I needed. In town to see my UVM Senior - I wanted a quiet, unique place to stay. It was perfect. So many thoughtful perks. The house was beautifully furnished, comfortable & very clean. The location was easy to find and private. Beds were super comfy. A fire out under the star-filled sky on a chilly fall evening was the highlight for me. Highly recommend. Jaime was a gracious host and we will be planning a return trip soon! ❤️

Penfield Tiny House
This is a beautiful spot and a handsome, well-appointed tiny house. We are a family of four--two kids and two adults--and we have stayed at several tiny houses (the kids really enjoy them), and we were impressed with Jamie's place. The road does run right by the house, so that you can hear cars going by, but it still feels private because of the trees and growth between the tiny house and the road. We had a lovely fire, and were grateful for the firewood provided. We had not spent time in Milton before and enjoyed it very much as well. Of course Burlington is not far, but there is also a drive-in movie theater pretty close by, handy tasty places for take-out, and a Hannafords.

Everything about our stay was perfect. This is an amazing spot that gives you beautiful views of nature and still close to drive into Burlington and explore the city. We had a great trip and can’t wait to come back!

This was our first experience camping in a tiny home and we loved it! Very clean and cozy space, everything was ready to go for us, including dishes, showers, bathroom, etc. we had a great stay and would highly recommend.

The tiny house was not so tiny and very spacious! It was so comfortable for our stay. The stars at night were unreal! We really appreciated the location since we were traveling all over the state, too. Absolutely would stay here again!

great place, nice green yard & the house was perfect with everything we could need, ( soaps, coffee, sugar, salt...) Nice hot shower, everything really cute , functional and clean. I would recommand and come back! The host were really nice and waited for us to welcome, and always repond quickly to every question by mail.

Like many people have said, this tiny home has been made with a lot of attention to detail. It was very comfortable and very beautiful! It was just two of us, but would be nice for couples with young kids too. If you want to cook, it’s equipped with an oven, a burner, utensils for cooking. There’s hot water and the shower is delightful! The porch is lovely for morning coffee and there’s campfire too. The host (Adam) met us when we arrived and showed us around. He was welcoming and Jamie was very responsive with our questions. Can’t recommend this place enough! Go for it!

Don't hesitate another second! Everything is perfect in this tiny house, where the hosts have thought of every detail to make you feel at home. Optimal comfort, impeccable cleanliness, friendly atmosphere. And there's so much to do in the area: we took the opportunity to go cycling on the Island Trail. A memorable stay!

The place had something for everyone. Books and games for the kids to enjoy. Separate sleeping area for parents and kids. Close to great pizza. Kitchen to make breakfast. Lots of windows and fans. We enjoyed our stay. Thanks

We absolutely loved this tiny home!!! So much fun to sit outside and grill or enjoy the campfire, and stars at night are awesome. Super close to Burlington as well as some nice natural scenery and a lot of stuff to do around. I would definitely recommend giving this tiny home a try!

Myself, my fiance, and my two kids really enjoyed staying at Jamie's property! It was very cozy and was just enough room for the four of us. We loved how convenient it was getting to Burlington but far enough away that we could also have some down time. My two boys slept in the back room (one in the twin trundle and the other on a cot we brought) and my fiance and I slept upstairs on the queen bed. Unfortunately it rained both days we were there or else we would have taken advantage of having a fire in the fire-pit outside! My kiddos were definitely sad to leave but we're hoping to come back again sometime in the near future! Thanks again!

Cute and comfy tiny house. Has big home accommodations. 3 people stayed here for 2 nights and we felt very comfortable. The hosts were very welcoming. My son called it a fancy tiny house.

The tiny home of Jamie was perfect for our family of two children. We had a great time there and the host were marvelous as all the falities in this tiny home. We did'nt had the chance to make a bonfire and to enjoy the outside (hamac, terrace, bbq, and the land) since it rain pretty much all the time that we were there, but I defenitely recommand this housing!

The tiny home was so wonderful! It is far more spacious than we expected while still being a charming tiny space. The home was so well decorated, the amenities were awesome, and the land it was sitting on was so nice. The shower was great, the lighting, windows, and flow of the tiny home just made sense. It felt great to have grass under our toes after spending some time in a city. There was a firepit and firewood, great local suggestions, and it was in a very peaceful location. There was a portable fan in the loft area but sleeping with the windows open kept it all very cool.

Highly recommended, it is a well maintained tiny house on a private plot. The house has lots of thoughtful features and there is also a grill, a fire pit, and lots of outdoor space.
