Set up camp in a mowed grassy meadow next to a small cabin (not rented out at this time). Guests are welcome to use the cabin’s flush toilet, as well as access water via hose, power for phone charging, and Wi-Fi (cell service is fine for calls, but data speeds are limited). Parking is just 150 feet from the campsite; we prefer that cars not be driven directly onto the meadow. The property is quiet and scenic, with the owner on-site about one-third of the time. Nearby, you’ll find: • Beautiful hiking trails and swimming holes • Hamilton Falls • Gravel backroads—perfect for cycling and fall leaf-peeping • Classic Vermont villages with local charm A simple, comfortable base to enjoy the best of Vermont’s outdoors.The flat area of the campsite can easily fit 2 tents, but there are also other "less than perfectly" level areas within a 50' radius. Only 1 camping group is allowed but the host maybe be in the adjacent cabin at the time. The camping group can use the flush toilet and sink in the cabin. There's a fire pit with 2 chairs but no picnic table yet. There's no hookup but good wellwater is available from the sink and you can charge your cell phones in an outlet. Please take your trash with you.
