Welcome to Hilltop Gardens! Our tiny house will keep you cozy at this private gem. Rest on a full bed up in the loft, or chill on the main floor where there’s floor space, a small heater, mini fridge, sink, stove top, and basic cookware. There is no running water in the tiny but a large jug(s) will be provided and there is an outhouse on-site. Outside you’ll have access to lovely perennial gardens in a low key setting. Beautiful sunsets, mountain views, wildlife and a friendly onsite dog(no pets plz) round out this sweet spot! The house is a short walk to Berlin Pond for fishing and non motorized boating, and mountain bike and hiking trails at Irish Hill. Also, 45 minutes or less from Burlington, Waterbury, Sugarbush, Stowe or Bolton Valley. A 5-15 minute drive will get you access to groceries, great restaurants and a fitness center! During the Winter months, 4wd (and studs) will be required to access this steep Class 4 road. A safe place for you to land:) 🌱😎The Tiny sleeps 2 comfortably on a full mattress on the loft.
