Sharon’s land was beautiful and peaceful. She is so very kind. I just sat there one evening and watched the deer graze and felt complete peace.
Also yes, the outdoor shower is pretty cool. I did enjoy being able to shower and catch some sun.

The farm was lovely! There was a fair amount of space between campsites, Sharon was very friendly and welcoming, and there were lots of animals to greet and appreciate. There is a few minute walk from the parking to the camp site, but as long as you're expecting it, that just contributes to the seclusion :) would stay here again.

Camping on Sharon’s property was a dream! The property was beautiful, Sharon has done an amazing job at creating gardens and curating this oasis in the woods of Vermont. I wasn’t far from town but felt like I was on a private retreat miles away from the hustle and bustle of the world. The outdoor bathroom was a game changer, kept very cleanly and a great touch. Sharon is super sweet, helpful, kind hearted, and responsive. She checking via text to see how my adventures went and gave me plenty of amazing recommendations. Lilac farm creemees and the green river covered bridge were incredible! I would gladly come back to this little corner of the universe anytime! Thank you Sharon!

Sharon's campsite and land was just lovely. Directions were clear and easy, Sharon was super responsive, and the outdoor shower was the fanciest I've ever seen. Highly recommend!

I really enjoyed renting on Sharons land. There were frogs mating, cats running about, fish in the pond, and on the last day of my stay I got to see a beautiful goose in the pond. The site was secluded but not far from the main house where the rest room and outdoor shower was. The warm shower after a night of camping and smelling like a fire was very nice 👍

We arrived to the property when it was dark so it was a bit tricky to find the space. The property owner was so helpful. She was out to dinner and called us to help guide us to our spot. Very grateful. Thank you!

Camping on Sharon's land was delightful! There's a nice path in the woods to explore, animals to see, and a pond to sit by and relax. The other camp sites are far enough away for good privacy. We really enjoyed ourselves.

Our family had a fantastic experience staying on Sharon's farm for two nights. The property was expansive and beautifully maintained, offering plenty of space for our kids to explore. They especially loved interacting with the friendly goats, chickens, ducks, cats, and dogs. Sharon was a responsive and helpful host, ensuring we had everything we needed. The toilet and outdoor shower were clean and conveniently located. The farm's location was also ideal, providing a peaceful escape while still being accessible to Brattleboro and the country store in Guilford. We would definitely recommend this spot to other families looking for a unique and memorable camping experience!

Sharon was an excellent host and we thoroughly enjoyed our stay there. They provided us with several wonderful options for setting up our tent, multiple bathrooms, and even high speed wifi in some parts of the property. Our stay was very comfortable and we enjoyed watching the ducks swimming in the pond and checking out the goats, peacocks, and other animals there. This is close to an amazing river swimming area as well as some good food options. We would love to stay there again the next time we are passing through.

Sharon's property is beautiful, with blooming flower and vegetable gardens, a scenic pond, and a very large green space with options for setting up a tent. We especially appreciated the amenities: access to indoor toilet/sink, picnic tables for mealtime, and animals to greet! We also enjoyed our chat with Sharon and the warmth/helpfulness of her fellow farmers. One quick note: the farm is home to other tenants as well so you might see folks around during your stay, though we still felt our experience was private.

Sharon’s farm is a wonderful camping destination! We stayed for a weekend and enjoyed the calm setting, swimming in the pond, hot outdoor shower, animals, bonfire, and her hospitality. The field is big and there’s plenty of secluded spots further back with lots of privacy. We would come back in a heartbeat!

This was a lovely hipcamp experience. It was close enough to Brattleboro and the covered bridge nearby that we had access to everything we wanted in the area. The road leading up to the property is verdant and great for walks, the property is beautiful and full of flowers, and we were kindly allowed to take a dip in the duck pond. Allegedly there may be a snapping turtle in the pond but we never saw it. 10/10 would recommend.

Absolute beautiful property and stay. Had plenty of flat spots to choose from with lots of privacy. The property has gorgeous views and great facilities (including warm shower and bathroom!) Had a wonderful swim in the pond, and lunch on the picnic tables. Lots of places to sit and bird watch! Would definitely recommend!
