My wife and I had an incredible stay at Sharon's hipcamp. The three sites are private and nestled up on a beautiful hill overlooking a tree covered ridge. At night, all is quiet and peaceful. The outside bathroom was clean and well-kept, the water got very hot, so showering in cold weather was still very comfortable. You can drive right up to your site, no problem. Sharon was super kind and responsive through the entire process. Upon arrival she greeted us and showed us around. The property is an easy 15 minutes or less (beautiful) drive to the downtown of Brattleboro. I would recommend this stay to anyone looking to have a nice relaxing camping experience in beautiful nature near Brattleboro!
Sharon was an amazing host, the property is beautiful, the animals were wonderful, and we especially fell in love with the guinea fowl, they're hilarious! 10/10 no notes, would love to come back soon.
Awesome lil farm with tons of privacy. The flushing toilet and enclosed shower are an amazing bonus. There was a fun animal making a “muck muck” kind of sound at night with was new for us and we’re still trying to figure out what it was😂 Amazing time all the way around

I unfortunately did not have the pleasure of meeting the host upon arrival. We followed the instructions from the listing and found our campsite. The property and view from the campsite were both beautiful. The chairs/tables shown in the photos are a bit of a walk away from the actual campsite so be sure to bring your own if you would like to sit/eat nearby. I would also be sure to bring high socks and proper footwear as the grass was pretty tall. The outdoor shower/ bathroom was a major plus! It was well maintained however, the shower was not heated as listed. Overall, I had a great time and would recommend. I just wish some things were more clearly stated in the listing.
Nice quiet only 1 of the other two sites had a guest and they were far enough away so you couldn’t hear them ,

The property was absolutely stunning. She was very friendly and helpful when we arrived. Wish we had more time to stay there, she even gave us her favorite activities nearby to check out, which were great!
We had a great weekend camping here, and our daughter loved visiting all the animals! Sharon was an excellent host and we would definitely come back.
Sharons property was just lovely! Sharon was a great host - she showed us around when we arrived and answered all our questions. The camp spot was spacious with a view from the top of the hill - we especially loved all the guinea fowl running around and taking a dip in the pond!

We had the best time camping on Sharon’s land. We used the grill and swam in the pond. Sharon was a wonderful host. Our favorites were the wildflowers and the bunnies!
The land was beautiful! Felt like being in a real like planetarium with how beautiful and vibrant the stars were (coming from someone who mostly lives in the city). The area was secluded and peaceful. Plenty firewood was given. It was tiny bit confusing navigating at night. I recommend getting there before nightfall

Sharon was great ! Clean and quiet place to camp! Hot shower!
Sharon’s land was beautiful and peaceful. She is so very kind. I just sat there one evening and watched the deer graze and felt complete peace.
Also yes, the outdoor shower is pretty cool. I did enjoy being able to shower and catch some sun.

The farm was lovely! There was a fair amount of space between campsites, Sharon was very friendly and welcoming, and there were lots of animals to greet and appreciate. There is a few minute walk from the parking to the camp site, but as long as you're expecting it, that just contributes to the seclusion :) would stay here again.
Camping on Sharon’s property was a dream! The property was beautiful, Sharon has done an amazing job at creating gardens and curating this oasis in the woods of Vermont. I wasn’t far from town but felt like I was on a private retreat miles away from the hustle and bustle of the world. The outdoor bathroom was a game changer, kept very cleanly and a great touch. Sharon is super sweet, helpful, kind hearted, and responsive. She checking via text to see how my adventures went and gave me plenty of amazing recommendations. Lilac farm creemees and the green river covered bridge were incredible! I would gladly come back to this little corner of the universe anytime! Thank you Sharon!

I really enjoyed renting on Sharons land. There were frogs mating, cats running about, fish in the pond, and on the last day of my stay I got to see a beautiful goose in the pond. The site was secluded but not far from the main house where the rest room and outdoor shower was. The warm shower after a night of camping and smelling like a fire was very nice 👍

We arrived to the property when it was dark so it was a bit tricky to find the space. The property owner was so helpful. She was out to dinner and called us to help guide us to our spot. Very grateful. Thank you!

Camping on Sharon's land was delightful! There's a nice path in the woods to explore, animals to see, and a pond to sit by and relax. The other camp sites are far enough away for good privacy. We really enjoyed ourselves.

Beautiful location! Love the outdoor shower, thanks Sharon!
Our family had a fantastic experience staying on Sharon's farm for two nights. The property was expansive and beautifully maintained, offering plenty of space for our kids to explore. They especially loved interacting with the friendly goats, chickens, ducks, cats, and dogs. Sharon was a responsive and helpful host, ensuring we had everything we needed. The toilet and outdoor shower were clean and conveniently located. The farm's location was also ideal, providing a peaceful escape while still being accessible to Brattleboro and the country store in Guilford. We would definitely recommend this spot to other families looking for a unique and memorable camping experience!
Sharon was an excellent host and we thoroughly enjoyed our stay there. They provided us with several wonderful options for setting up our tent, multiple bathrooms, and even high speed wifi in some parts of the property. Our stay was very comfortable and we enjoyed watching the ducks swimming in the pond and checking out the goats, peacocks, and other animals there. This is close to an amazing river swimming area as well as some good food options. We would love to stay there again the next time we are passing through.

Sharon's property is beautiful, with blooming flower and vegetable gardens, a scenic pond, and a very large green space with options for setting up a tent. We especially appreciated the amenities: access to indoor toilet/sink, picnic tables for mealtime, and animals to greet! We also enjoyed our chat with Sharon and the warmth/helpfulness of her fellow farmers. One quick note: the farm is home to other tenants as well so you might see folks around during your stay, though we still felt our experience was private.
