Nine luxury tiny homes that sit on a 4 acres. The views are beautiful and the stars are amazing. Learn more about this land: Our original Tiny House model.  This home sits at the top of the hill and looks out across the property, surrounding mountains, and beautiful canyons.  This home is our largest at 570 square feet with 400 square feet on the main level, a 12 foot ceiling to an open loft adding an additional 170 square feet, and a feeling of openness. The master bedroom features a queen sized bed, a flat screen smart TV, a small desktop work space that is convenient for working on a laptop or getting ready for the day, clothes hanging, additional storage space under the bed for luggage, and a thermostat for individual climate control. The loft area is open to the kitchen and living room and has two XL (Extra Long) twin beds.  This is a great space to play games, store extra gear, or just stretch out and relax.  The ceiling height is just under 5 feet so you big kids don't plan on running around up there. The kitchen and living room is an open floor plan with a large sliding door that opens to the deck and beautiful views.  The living room has a queen sized sofa sleeper, two lounging chairs, a hand crafted coffee table with storage of extra bedding, and large smart TV.  The kitchen is well stocked with kitchen essentials, beautiful stainless steel appliances, a convection microwave oven for cooking and baking, a stove-top, a large refrigerator, a keurig coffee machine, granite counter-tops, farmhouse sink, dishwasher, and a table/prep island with seating for four. Bathroom: Large glass shower, sink, toilet, hair dryer, towels, shampoo, conditioner, body wash, and hand soap. We had a wonderful time at this house. The location was beautiful and convenient for our hiking activities. Everything was clean, comfortable and relaxing. We would love to stay again some time.

Absolutely beautiful spot! So great to get a camping vibe in a high-end cottage right in downtown Escalante. We hiked all day and got to sleep in incredibly comfortable, make yummy meals, had hot showers, and taught our kids how to make s'more's while we had coffee. What a great place to stay with friends or family!

The host never sent me the instructions to get in. Had to spend about a half hour in the dark on the phone with the agency to find a code for a lock box for a spare key. It’s actually a rental lodge run by a company so check with the actual website for cheaper rates probably. This seems to be an owner who doesn’t care and is just collecting. The town and scenery are beautiful and the place is solid. Just 4 days later and the owner still hasn’t gotten back to me. Lol

Escalante Escapes Tiny Houses
The Escalante Escapes Tiny Homes are an experience that cannot be missed! They are such a functional use of small square footage that packs all the modern conveniences of home. The architecture is beautiful and modern. The location is perfect for not only exploring The Grand Staircase-Escalante National Monument, but also located within a day-trip beautiful drive to Capitol Reef National Park. That drive cannot be missed. So many beautiful hikes there. While the tiny home has a fully equipped kitchen providing everything you need to make your own meals, do not miss Escalante Outfitters and Cafe. The food here rates higher than most restaurants in any Californian big city. Their pizza is one of the best I’ve ever had. And the staff is so kind just like everyone else we’ve met here. We stayed in The Foxtail Tiny home. It has a loft area with two twin beds perfect for kids and a private bedroom on the first floor. The mattress is so comfortable that I’d like to by the same for my own home. We enjoyed our stay so much that we decided to extend it, and our host was so accommodating helping me to arrange for two extra nights. The area is so quiet that you are guaranteed a perfect nights sleep after a long day of exploring what I would call the most beautiful area of Utah. What an amazing gem to find!

The Tiny House more than lived up to our expectations. It was so cute and the sleeping loft was perfect for our kids. Escalente was a great launching point for checking out the surrounding areas and we would love to stay here again.

Comfortable home away from home
Escalante Escapes Tiny Houses
My family of three spent four nights here. The site is convenient to slot canyons and hoodoos to the east and Kodakchrome Basin and Bryce Canyon to the west. Our tiny house was spacious and comfortable. Our 14 year old daughter loved the loft, even though it got warm up there. Appliances and decor are modern, and the kitchen is well-equipped. We cooked in most meals. There's an organic grocer and market in town a few blocks away. Entry is by keypad so arrival/departure were easy. Pricey, but much better than any hotel if you're not a camper.

Super modern looking houses In stunning location. I count around 10 houses on a property and every one of them been booked. I’m not surprised because quality of time and activities you can get in worth more. Highly recommend to stay here.

The Perfect Escalante Rental

The Escalante Escapes Tiny Home is perfect! It is spotless, comfortable, and surprisingly spacious. It is conveniently located close enough to town while still providing a secluded, off the beaten path feel. Many popular hikes are only a short drive away. I would definitely stay here again and have already recommended it to many friends!

My family absolutely loved staying at Escalante Escapes! The tiny house was spacious enough for our family of 5. Our kids took over the loft area upstairs and it was very spacious. The kitchen had everything we needed to make meals. The beds were all very comfortable and the house was clean and beautiful! We enjoyed having a bbq outside and spending time making smores/playing games by the firepit. We will definitely be coming back!

Escalante Escapes Tiny Houses
My family and I stayed at Escalante Escapes and from then moment walked In we fell in love. It had a tote with goodies welcoming us, the site has everything you need like close by grocery stores and gas station, the host was very attentive, the tiny house gorgeous inside, it really was everything we were expecting and more. The beds were very comfy, the fire pit outside keeps you cozy alone with the coffee machine inside. I will definitely go back and most definitely recommend the tiny houses in Escalante Escapes.

We LOVED our stay in Escalante. The tiny house blew our expectations out of the water.. Everything was really well done and they had some really great touches that made a big difference (like a sliding rack under the bed for bags, luggage, etc.). We made a fire in the firepit and enjoyed the stars. 10/10 would stay again!
