Nestled on the border of Kentucky in the small town of Portland, TN., Laura and Martin have transformed a brand new 10x20 garden shed into a cozy backyard glamping guest room. Complete with drywall, insulation, heating/cooling and electricity - this is the perfect little cozy getaway close to Nashville, TN. or stop over for a safe place to rest for the night along your travels. Sleeps up to 5 people. One queen bed, one twin bed in the pull out loveseat, and a 2-person tent you can set up outside. The guest room is next to our 1935 farmhouse and set on 2 acres of heirloom farmland. You can feel the charming primitive southern energy on this land that was once part of a 100 acre farm. Laura is a personal holistic chef and autoimmune wellness coach so the tiny guest room is furnished with organic and non-toxic products like organic linens, a stainless steel air fryer, organic tea and coffee, stoneware dishes, linen cloth napkins, etc. Sparkling mineral water, sparkling wine, Nut Pods Dairy-Free Creamer, and Fiji water available in the mini fridge for purchase. Come relax, unwind, and get your feet on the ground and soak up some Vitamin D on this charming piece of country land. Build a fire (we have plenty of firewood available for you to use) and watch the stars come out at night, or cool off by the stock tank pool. Outdoor camping bathroom and outdoor sink available for washing hands and dishes. Organic anti-inflammatory breakfast, or a cozy picnic dinner made by Chef Laura and outdoor movie set up available by request. (Mini fridge with freezer, portable fan, solar powered lantern, hammock, sunbrella, and pop up tent available for use so you can get the full glamping experience!)Nestled on the border of Kentucky in the small town of Portland, TN., Laura and Martin have transformed a brand new 10x20 garden shed into a cozy backyard glamping guest room. NOTE: This is not a secluded campsite in the woods. We have neighbors on all sides. Our property is 2 acres and it is generally very peaceful and calm. You can hear/see hundreds of birds during the day, see constellations and hundreds of fireflies at night, hear crickets and frogs, etc. 5 minutes into town, you have a grocery store, liquor stores, restaurants, a coffee shop, ice cream shops, etc. It's the best of both worlds in our opinion! Please no pets on the furniture. 🫶🏽
