Welcome to Sunny Hills Farm & Camp, where we host hilltop parking for any van life wanderer and two tranquil primitive camp spots for your enjoyment. Come rest, relax, and enjoy nature. Bring the kids, the pets, the family, and/or church group. We have 16 acres nestled down a private country road in Rural Northeast Tennessee that’s close to all the food and shopping amenities you could want. Currently, while under development at this time, we have a dry outhouse with rain catchment with heated shower and sink. There is potable water at the garage for your convenience. Maximum 3 night stay.

Quiet and Peaceful

Hilltop Heaven
Nice, easy to find and quiet. Very responsive host. I was only passing through so didn’t get to enjoy the spot as much as I would have liked to, but it was lovely for one night.
