Our community has 3 full service RV sites each with well water, 50 amp electric, and sewage hook ups. Seven Springs is a serene and spacious retreat for those looking to experience the beauty of the Tennessee countryside. Each site is 22' wide by 75' long gravel pad with full hook-ups, including water, sewage, and 50amp electric, ensuring a comfortable and convenient stay for RV travelers. Nestled on our 4-acre property, our property hosts 3 RV sites and 4 tiny cabins. This peaceful RV site is surrounded by privately owned pastures where cows, horses, and donkeys graze, and a rushing creek provides a soothing soundtrack to your stay. Relax under the wide-open Tennessee sky, unwind by your personal fire pit, and soak in the stunning sunsets that paint the horizon. Amenities Include: Full hook-up (water, sewage, 50amp electric) Free high-speed wireless internet Fire pit at each site Firewood available for purchase There are no bathroom facilities so RV guests will need to be self-contained, take their waste with them, and leave no trace. Located less than 10 minutes from Center Hill Lake and Pates Ford Marina and just 15 minutes to Rock Island, Seven Springs is ideally positioned for both relaxation and adventure. We're also conveniently close to several popular wedding and event venues, including The Harvester, Triple Creek, Evins Mill, and The Monroe on 415th. The campsite was small & really rough for the price. The neighbors were awesome though. The laundry facility has a water leak that runs down the hill to the space & makes mud 100% of the time. I wasn't impressed for the price. It was a pretty location but that was it.

We loved our stay at seven springs! It was so relaxing and cozy! All of the other campers were pleasant and inviting. The area was beautiful and not far from fun activities! We brought our dogs and they had a blast walking the wooded roads around camp and seeing all of the farm animals and playing in the creek. We have already started planning for another stay! Thank you for having us! 😊

We had the most incredible stay at Seven Springs over the July 4th holiday! We are life-long attendees of the Smithville Fiddlers Jamboree, and we needed a place to stay with our camper that was close to the square so we could be there for the entirety of both days. Not only was Seven Springs convenient, the property was absolutely beautiful. We were able to access our RV site very easily, the full hookup location was perfect, and we had plenty of room between the other RV guests. Alexis was so helpful before and during our stay. If you’re looking for an exceptional stay close to Smithville but far enough out to enjoy the natural beauty, Seven Springs is it!
