Long Hungry Creek Camping

Red Boiling Springs, Macon, Tennessee
15 acres hosted by Jeff P.
6 tent sites
Welcome to Long Hungry Creek farm, established in 1974 as an organic homestead relying on renewable energy. One hundred acres of meadows are interspersed throughout 150 acres of mature hardwood forest, and a beautiful creek meanders through the property. Activities include nature walks, fishing, swimming in the creek or the pond and plenty of constellation viewing opportunities. This is a working farm and you may schedule a farm tour with the Barefoot Farmer. We often have projects going on and are happy to include visitors who express an interest in farming.
