Within walking distance is arrowhead resort Some of the best bass fishing in the USA Kayaking , beach , boating There’s woods behind my property with a trail For hiking 🥾 There’s well water on my property for connection to Rv There’s two septic outlets. One at top part of property and one below Within one hour is Chattanooga 30 mins from crossville Horseback riding is within 40 mins to fall creek falls 20 mins from racetrack off Westel exit off 1-40 I can provide a port a potty to use I do have septic on property with a riser. There is electric available of needed I have chairs on property and charcoal grill I have a tiny house with electric and ac and heat Bring your own blankets sheets and sleeping bags etc. There is no toilet or running water in the tiny house There is a tiny refrigerator inside tiny house I do have well water with hose attached for water Keep in mind there is no shower etc. If you have your own Porto potty bring it T
