Welcome to Rose Creek Properties, where you’ll find a friendly neighborhood community nestled in the woods of West Tennessee, only 2 miles off of Highway 64, in Selmer. We are the happy host of several Airbnb’s and presently have 2 RV sites available. Our well-maintained property can be described as, “solitude without isolation,” a peaceful place. Come enjoy our friendly neighborhood, the walking trails and pond, the amazing sunsets, family friendly playgrounds, Rose Creek Farms, and the RCV Great Room, our community venue (available to rent). Rose Creek Properties has been described as a resting place, an escape from the hustle and bustle, and a visit to the good ole days, when people went out of their way to support their neighbors and community.

Windy Hill RV Site 2, is one of 2 RV sites, located on WIndy Hill Road. The RV Sites are situated at the end of a large yard that surrounds the Farmhouse Airbnb, a 6B 4.5B family home. You will find the RV sites to be level grassy areas with a round gravel lighted fire pit and a large sturdy picnic table. A nice place to get away or to gather with others. Nearby are 2 different playgrounds, walking trails, and a pond. Friendly neighborhood and community.
