Nestled in the serene landscape of Tennessee, our campground offers a unique blend of tranquility and convenience, located halfway between Nashville and Memphis at I-40, Exit 108. Just a mile north on Highway 22N, you’ll find us on the right side of the highway, spread across 18 acres of picturesque rolling farmland. This peaceful setting is perfect for those looking to escape the hustle and bustle while still being close to major attractions. Originally opened in the mid-1970s as a KOA, our campground features the iconic A-Frame office building that reflects its rich history. Over the years, we have evolved to accommodate the modern RV traveler, with spacious sites now available for units up to 70 feet in length. Under the new ownership of Bill and Sue Welling since November 20, 2020, we are excited to announce plans for additional campsites and tent sites to enhance your stay. While we are located in Parkers Crossroads, an incorporated city, the surrounding area is predominantly farmland and cattle ranches, providing a peaceful atmosphere for our guests. Enjoy the natural beauty of the region, with opportunities for outdoor activities, nearby swimming holes, and local dining options. Experience the charm of our campground, where comfort meets the great outdoors.
