Best for self-contained campers. There are no toilets, showers, or potable water at this Hipcamp.
Welcome to our spacious and convenient campground where we have approximately 1 acre for our guest to spread out and relax. Here is what we offer: • Location: The campground is in Manchester, Tennessee only 2 miles from exit 105 on I-24. • Food: There is a market that serves very good hot food and cold sandwiches that is less than a 5-minute walk away. Door Dash delivers to the campground. • Shopping: Dollar General is less than 2 miles away. Wal-Mart is 8 miles away. • Recreation: Normandy Lake is less than 10 minutes away. Normandy has a swimming area and a boat dock. There is no extra fee for parking your boat at our campground. Bonnaroo is a well-known music festival held every July. It is less than 8 miles away. The Manchester Rec Center is 3 miles up the road. They offer a gym, walking trail, and a heated indoor/outdoor swimming pool. • Dog friendly: Bring your fur babies; however, please do not let them roam and keep them on your site if other campers are present. It is possible to arrange for us to board your dog(s) if needed, just ask for the details. • A fire pit (bundle of wood is $5 each). • The land is level and will probably not require leveling blocks for your camper. We do not offer: • Water • Electricity • Bathrooms • Sewer dump

We are located close to the Normandy Lake, Old Stone Fort, many markets and antique stores, I-24, and Bonnaroo. With so much to do in close proximity, you can not get bored! Normandy Lake has a beautiful swimming area and several boat ramps. You can even fish from the bank. Old Stone Fort that is just up the road, offers a variety of dog friendly walking trails that range from easy to more difficult. You can also see waterfalls and wade in the cold water while visiting the park. There is a sewer dump that you may use for $5.00 located at the park campground. If you need to take a break from the outdoors, there are several antique stores located in the area that you may want to browse through. We have several great restaurants and are located less than 3 miles from I-24. We are 45 minutes from Nashville and Chattanooga. Also, if you need us to bored your fur baby, just ask for the details.

Exactly as advertised. We knew we're going to be setting up in the dark after a concert. We asked to stop in earlier in the day to see where we should set up and Teresa was happy to show us. Good communicator

Couldn’t have asked for more! Had an amazing time, Teresa saved the day and could not have been a more gracious host. We will definitely be back!!
