30 Acre farm with hiking trails and stunning views from atop the ridge. Enjoy the sound of flowing water and our amazing man made waterfall that flows into a 1 acre pond. 30 minutes from Downtown Knoxville, 15minutes from Oak ridge or Clinton. We have several Camp sites and 1 BoonDocker RV space!

Tranquility Trail Campsite

Our stay with HipCamp this time was one to remember. Bridget and her husband were extremely accommodating during our stay at their property. Our tent site was in a nice private wooded area that overlooked the pond, which made for stunning cotton candy sunsets each evening. You can even go fishing at the pond, and they were kind enough to help our daughters learn to catch their very first fishies! It is quite a large property, as there are also goats and chickens that my daughters loved visiting too! Our family felt safe and welcomed here, and we will absolutely be back one day.
