A New RV Experience - 25+ acres nestled in Spring Hill TN Aly Farm has a total of 8 full hook up sites (plus 2 cottage type rental homes available). We give our guests the attention and service that is missing in the larger facilities. We welcome you to our property, since we live on property we strive to make you feel at home with us. We offer a safe, quiet, relaxing location. We enjoy sharing our love of nature and the wildlife on our property. Start your day to the sounds of birds chirping, sightings of wild deer and turkeys walking the property and unwind with an amazing golden hour sunset. Aly Farm sites include ** Full Hook-up (city water/electric/septic) at each site ** Parking for 2 vehicles** Personal garbage can w/weekly service** Each site has a multi acre view ** Close to the towns of Franklin, Columbia, Lewisburg, Leipers Fork, and Nashville TN.

Serene Splendor Site Features: *Bring your RV *50-amp full hookup (electric utilities at rear of site, if your hook up is on the front of your rv, you may need a longer cord) *City Water - 75-100ft water hose needed (depending where your hook up is) *Direct septic hook up * Garbage can on site *Wi-Fi avail signal strength not guaranteed *Rock RV site w/ asphalt parking for 2 vehicles (new photos coming soon showing rock) *Fire-pit *Wrought Iron oval table w/4chairs *Long term stays welcome, rates are $1350/month If your stay is over a Thursday we ask that you take the trash can to the road as trash pick up is Friday early morning. Each guest info must be listed on the reservation details. Additional occupants beyond 2 add $5 each per night. For the safety of all our guests camp fires are only allowed in designated fire pits. NO utilities are available at this spot. Beautiful sunrise views in the morning overlooking approximately 15 acres of wooded area. We are 15 minutes from GM plant, approx 30 minutes from downtown Nashville and 20 minutes to Franklin or Columbia. Take it easy at Aly Farm at this unique and tranquil getaway. If you are looking for a break from the hustle and bustle or a place to stay after a long day of work you have found the perfect place. The stunning views and relaxation is just what you need. Start your day with an enjoyable cup of coffee on the beautiful covered porch or wind down your evening with a glass of wine. Inside you'll have all you need. No matter how your choose to spend you time, this space is sure to please. BEDROOM 1: Queen Bed BEDROOM 2: Full Bed/Office Workspace KITCHEN: Fully equipped, Keurig coffee maker, dishware & flatware, cooking basics, toaster, microwave, hand mixer, baking sheets, cutting boards, iron/ironing board, and much more BATHROOM: Full bathroom (tub/shower), linens, body wash, shampoo/conditioner provided. We offer an eco-friendly unit with a 38 gallon electric hot water tank, which is easily sufficient for two normal showers. The electric tank will then require approx 2 hrs to reheat. Water conservation is required for more water usage. INDOOR LIVING: Roku Smart TV, fireplace, dining table, board games, books OUTDOOR LIVING: Covered front porch (NO SMOKING), rocking chairs, glider rocker, tables GENERAL: Free WiFi, washer & dryer, towels & linens, complimentary toiletries, bathroom towels, hair dryer, hangers, trash bags & paper towels, window A/C & electric heat PARKING: 2 vehicles. It is approx 120ft from the parking area to walk to the door. There is a wagon on the front porch for your convenience if you like to use to carry extra items. **NO SMOKING inside cottage or under covered front porch** We welcome your fur babies, 2 dogs max (unless additional approval given), unfortunately we can not accommodate cats. Dogs must be crated if left alone. Dogs MUST be mentioned during booking request and there is an additional $50 pet fee per stay. Stay for a week, a month, or longer and enjoy this beautiful home away from home location. We welcome longer stays and have provided basic cleaning supplies, but do require the home to be cleaned professionally (does not include laundry of bed or towel linens) every 30 days. If looking for a stay longer than 30 days you can either create separate 30 day bookings to include the cleaning fee or we can charge fee separtely. We provide a few complimentary cold beverages upon your arrival to relax after your travels. There may be a few condiments/spices in the fridge or cabinets that have been paid forward from a previous guest. Feel free to use at your convenience if you wish and pay forward after your stay. Aly Farm - Serene Splendor

Great area to explore and thankful for a safe location to park the rv with hookups. Jenny and Tim made everything feel like home. They were closeby and helpful when needed however allowed for privacy . The dogs were able to explore the field and be a little feral in nature.
