This property is the last remaining acreage of an 1850s Cross Bogg family farm, set in a quiet two-acre valley with cattle fencing outlining the land — open and scenic. You’ll have access to a bonfire pit, seasonal garden (summer–fall), hot and cold running water, an outdoor stove, BBQ grill, and plenty of room to set up your own tents. A small barn adds rustic charm, and there’s ample parking on site. Enjoy the calm of the countryside while staying close to town — just 10 minutes from Oak Ridge and 15 minutes from historic downtown Clinton, with groceries only minutes away.
