This a very simple site for 1 or 2 self contained RV's. It has rural feel but less than 15 minute drive to downtown Beaufort or Parris Island or MCAS Beaufort. Located among live oaks and pines on a salt water tidal marsh. No amenities, just a pleasant and quiet parking area. It's flat but you might need some leveling depending on where you park. Sorry, no tent camping. In your request to stay please tell me generally what your RV rig is and confirm that you will be fully self-contained during your requested stay. Excellent location and Laurence is the most gracious host! The location feels so secluded, but close to everything! We were there when it was quite chilly, but I imagine all the nice shade would be great on hot days too.

Laurence was very friendly and showed us to our site since we had to arrive after dark. It was a lovely, flat, convenient place to spend the night. I'd happily stay again.

Laurence has a sweet little place in a very peaceful area. It was quiet every night, only the sounds of nature. It was very basic, but that was ok. Laurence was really awesome too 😊

Fantastic stay! The Spanish Moss enchanted marsh offers a beautiful view, and Laurence is a great host. He is kind, accommodating, and respectful. The space is accurate to the listing, and with a bit more greenery around this time of year offered a cozy feel. You can pull up facing the marsh to offer a good view and secluded feel. Really great accessibility too with lots to explore near by. Highly recommend!
