We had a very good time camping at Kelly’s Farm. They are the nicest people you could ever meet. It was great to watch them feed the animals and hear about the history of the farm and land. We will definitely be going back again. The campsite was clean and well maintained. It was truly wonderful to be camping amongst the trees. Thanks again, Jim and Renee.

My partner and I loved our stay at Kelly's farm. We arrived late at night but Kelly was very understanding and was kind enough to come out and show us our spot. The camping spot was wonderful, it was tucked away in the woods and private; it also included a nice picnic bench and fire pit. We also had the option to camp out in the open under the stars! We walked around the property in the morning and they were kind enough to show us all the animals on the farm and the flower garden!

Kelly and Teresa are just a great couple that moved from Michigan to S. Carolina.
I reserved a site for the week and it was one I had previously had there. It was COLD at night. Woke aching from shivering. So Teresa gave me a beautiful quilt. Didn't ask for it, just offered. Yep, that's the kind of people they are. The farm is available for feeding. Sorry to say I didn't partake. Had a puppy with me. Wood delivered daily or all at once and plentry of kindling on the grounds. They have 4 or 5 sites that all have something you may be interested in. All and all, I'll be making a 3rd stay.
I would recommend to a single person or a family.

The hosts were great! Greeted us upon arrival and were great with all our questions. The animals the kiddos got to see were a huge plus! Wish we would have been able to help feed, but we didn't quite show in time :/ maybe next time!!

I did both a solo car camp trip a few weeks back as well as a separate family tent camp trip that ended today at Kelly and Theresa’s beautiful farm. We have been overjoyed with the hospitality, the private campground, the sweet farm animals, and their extensive knowledge of the farm life. The camp ground was easily accessible, available amenities such as rental grill-charcoal-and purchase of firewood is extremely convenient. Overall had a great time and will use this site as our “normal” camp site from here on out!

We had a second time visit at this camping site, host Kelly always is very kindness and helpful for us.
Also their Animals are very friendly too.
We totally recommend this site for any camper, so definitely we will stay there again soon.

Perfect little spot ‘amongst the trees’ for a quick & cheap night stay. No complaints. You can hear some traffic noise, particularly emergency services that seemed quite busy in the earlier hours of the night. It did eventually calm down around bedtime and we had a peaceful sleep listening to crickets. We enjoy this type of property away from everything and breathing in fresh air. plus seclusion for our dogs to have some freedom from leash life. We didn’t get to enjoy the farm but hopefully we can partake in feeding time next time :)

Kelly and Theresa were amazing hosts. They greet you when you arrive and show you to your camp site. It’s clean, private, quiet and great for stargazing.
They let you be a part of the barn animal feeding which is a lit of fun. They have so much knowledge to share and so much fun doing so.
I also purchased the wool processing experience to my stay. I really enjoyed it!
Theresa was, again, very knowledgeable and explained/showed the different steps it takes from animal to socks or sweaters.
I definitely don’t complain about the price of a good quality wool product.
Overall I had an amazing stay and will be back for sure.

We thoroughly enjoyed our visit. Firewood delivered to our site. Not crowded. Lots of privacy. Hosts were sweet enough to show us around their adorable little farm, and meet their farm animals. Owners are on site, so if you have any issues, they’re there to help. Would totally recommend. And the ability to book online made it all so convenient.

What a wonderful this site and them.
My daughter has met many their animal lovely friends and she was so happy with them, specially Jenny. She now pretends their friends after came back home. This site is the best one of my experience, we definitely will come back soon probably this autumn again.
We obviously recommend this site for all of campers!

Absolutely best place to camp! My second time there and I hope to keep coming back! Kelly is the BEST host, and the farm and animals are really the best I’ve ever seen. Definitely, definitely recommend. It had a very fond place in my heart.

Loved Kelly’s place. Perfect for what my wife and I needed. So welcoming and friendly into their life with the farm. Loved the feeding time with the animals…. be there before 6pm to enjoy this special time, especially for us city slickers. Would definitely stay there again.

This was probably the most pleasant and warm primitive campsite of which I've ever stayed. The owners were terribly warm and welcoming. The setting was incredibly pleasant and enjoyable. The sites are very secluded with a restful and secure feel. I highly recommend this campground....

What a wonderful place. We hate to give too glowing a review, because we want it all to ourselves. Kelly and Teresa are great people, with super cute farm animals, and a lovely garden. The campsites are well spread out and private. We stayed in one that was more open so that we had plenty of space for our camper. As we explored the other sites, we realized it would have fit in any of them. At night we could see the stars and hear the wind in the pine trees. We woke up to bird songs, and beautiful blue skies. The place is peaceful and relaxing. We liked it so much we stayed on our return trip as well. We will definitely be back!

A beautiful place and a wonderful host. I enjoyed setting up my hammock, hearing all the birdsong, walking around the farm, and sleeping under the trees and stars. The portapotty was very clean. Simple camping spaces with fire rings and some with picnic tables. It was a greatway to break up my long car trip into two days.

Brought my 7 year old on her first camping trip with our 4 dogs and couldn't have asked for a better setup. Kelly and her husband were awesome hosts. They were very friendly and showed you around. They also let you come up to the barn when it was time to feed the animals, but respected your space and did not disturb you. The site was clean and well maintained. There were pathways around the farm to walk. There was also a water pump available if needed but we had brought enough water and didn't use it. You could hear dogs from nearby homes, but it didn't ruin our trip. Just something to keep in mind if you want pure silence or have dogs that will continuously bark back. We also paid the extra $5 for firewood and it was perfectly conditioned. Would definitely recommend.

I was lucky enough to arrive during feeding time. Theresa and Kelly were so welcoming and took the time to show me around the farm and introduced me to all their furry and feathered friends. The goats were my favorite...with their sweet dogs a very close second. The property is beautiful, and I had a very restful stay, I can’t wait to return... when it’s just a little warmer, lol

We can not say enough about Kelly, his wife, the farm and all of his property. It is just north of Spartanburg SC in a great location that is quiet and out of the way, yet close to any amenities that you may need. There is a farm with the sweetest horses, mild mannered goats, sheep, chickens, cats, alpacas with personality, and the most lovely donkey Jenny.
The property is at the end of a road, secluded by pine forests that feature camp sites and trails to explore. Our spot was perfect with trees covering three quarters giving us privacy and seclusion. We had our own fire pit and picnic table which was big enough for 8 to eat comfortably. A grassy area allowed for a family game of football. The area was overall quiet and luckily the clouds and moon allowed for great stargazing.
We will definitely be back to visit L & G farms again. Our kids loved it there and talked all the way home about going again and staying there for a weekend, followed by, no, a whole week! followed by we should stay there a whole month! We have lots of hands to give Kelly a break with the animals :)
