Beautiful - Serenity - Wellbeing
My husband, son and son in law stayed for one night. They had a great time, even though the weather wasnt great with rain. My son loved the animals, starting the camp fire, cooking up steaks, and having freedon to walk around. It was an adventure that i would recommend the dads to do with their sons to bond and create memories, thank you. Together we are looking forward to camping as a family when the sun starts to shine again, if we can get in.

Even better than the first time!
We were here just 3 weeks ago and couldn’t wait to come back! Marc and his family made so many changes in just 3 weeks!! The place is even better than when we last visited! This time Marc even gave my family and I a full on farm tour where we got to hang out with all the animals (there was even a bull!!) the kids love it so much!!

Perfect
A perfect spot. Far from any main road, plenty of space, plenty of trees, and a creek flowing through the middle. Our dogs had the best days ever hanging out with the resident dogs and goats and chickens etc, and swimming in the creek and dams while the humans enjoyed cooking on a fire. Marc and Rhiann are wonderful hosts with lots of projects on the go and they take excellent care of campers. Definitely recommend doing a tour of the apiary and feeding the animals. Have a look at their website then head up and camp 👍

Perfect camping spot.
Marc was such an amazing host, like the other reviewers said - he took such great care of us. It was a wet night and upon arrival we got firewood and he even gave us some quality fire starters to get the fire going on a wet evening. He showed us around the property and we ended up having a great chat - the guy is inspiring.
We loved our camping site so much! I slept right by the stream and the sound of the water was so relaxing it put me right to sleep! There was absolutely no wind, he’s got a great spot there!! I can’t wait to come back with my wife and little boy.

Great hosts, a terrific farm stay.
Marc and Rhianna were fantastic hosts. This is a great place to stay for the kids to discover a working farm. Loads of animals in a peaceful location. We liked it as it was more than just camping in a nice place. My kids (9, 11) and I got a chance to appreciate the challenges of rebuilding life after losing a homestead in the 2019 bushfires. We will be back to camp again and an excellent place for a day trip picnic from Adelaide. Highly recommend discovering this Adelaide Hills gem at the same time as supporting a great couple trying to get back on their feet after the devastating fires. Buy the honey they make, its delicious!

Just Perfect!!
Place is absolutely amazing with wonderful views of the creek and woods. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at aristaeus farm with its peaceful, calm atmosphere and great place to explore hills views just within few minutes hike from the campsite.. Host was beyond helpful and was so friendly even before we made the booking and also during our stay. Thank you Marc and his beautiful family for all the efforts you put to make this place more comfortable for your guests. We’ll definitely be back and I highly recommend this place to anyone who is waiting for a perfect escape in adelaide hills.
