Bundeera is a 110 acre animal sanctuary with many private camping spots. 7 dams, 50 acres of natural bushland, gorgeous landscapes and close to the wonders of Hervey Bay and Bundaberg with all of their attractions. We have a covered area with a wood fired pizza oven, BBQ, sink, hotplate, microwave, fridge and a bench all free to use. This property is dog friendly. There is a portaloo but no shower available. Firewood is provided for the pizza oven and the main fire pit, for all other sites you'll have to gather your own for free.

listing needs a update
Photos are not of the camping area :( , 4 separate groups were all jamed together, other than that the property does have potential and is nice to walk around, update your photos so guests know where they are camping.

We were made just so welcome by Jan and John. We enjoyed volunteering for them. They gave us some age specific tasks to complete. We had a camp fire each night sitting under the clear skies watching the stars. We will definitely be staying with them for another relaxing holiday. Would recommend them to anyone wanting a quiet stay away from the city hassles. Thank you again

Very disappointed this property was run down and in disrepair. The beautiful gazebo as pictured was falling apart and the portaloo was staked down to stop it sliding down the sloped hill. The camp kitchen was also in disrepair and virtually no flat ground to camp on. Didn't stay, had paid 4 nights RESPONSE FROM HOST: We are sorry you didn’t get to experience the magic of this place.

Jan & John were peasant hosts. The property has plenty of potential with its expansive, hilly, rural setting. Some highway noise might be heard at night time & some of the infrastructure near where we camped could do with a tidy up.

Beautiful little spot overlooking some of the pastures. Camp kitchen was clean and very useful- We didn’t use the pizza oven but it looks neat! I also saw that they have lots of toys and games for kids.
Location
