The property is mostly flat with an abandoned house on one side. There are restaurants nearby. There is no water, no electricity, no toilets. It is just the land. Large rv’s and trailers may have difficulty entering the property. 24’ or smaller is recommended.This property is right by the Lacawac sanctuary. The Sterling Marina is also minutes away on lake wallenpaupack. Beautiful nature all around, very quiet area, with lots of things to do. If you are looking for the perfect hideaway from city and noise, this is for you.
There is an abandoned, partially demolished house on the property, and visitors should stay away from it.
