Overall it wasn’t a bad experience. My dogs could run around with people or other dogs bugging us. They even got to play in the water a bit. I would saying getting in was easy in my suv. I ending up staying in the flat spot next to my car. There is allot of road noise from above. Getting out the next morning was terrible but it was a little sloppy the dirt is a little slick. It was a nice little spot to camp for the night with my dogs.

The “driveway” was ungroomed and very steep. Heavily studded and loose grounding. I would not recommend this location. Had we not driven an AWD vehicle, we would’ve found somewhere else to stay for the night. I wasn’t confident we would get back up the driveway, as we got stuck in a couple different angles. There wasn’t proper beach access from the site as stated in description. The actual site lacked any groomed and leveled ground to place a tent. We resorted to car camping and almost left the site entirely.

Waterfront Campsite
Great location and easy to find. We were able to watch the sunset, as the beach was right across the road! There are no toilets, so please be mindful of that.

Driveway was blocked when we tried to find this. Needs signage and better clear access.

We were looking forward to our stay at the campsite, but when we arrived we saw that the “road” down to the parking area was extremely steep, and quite rutted. We didn’t trust that we could make it down and then up again. This should either be remedied or should he explicitly described in the listing. We were quite disappointed and had to search for another place to stay that night.

The owner was super easy to communicate with and nice to work with. However, the site is very steep and gravelly and we would’ve required four-wheel-drive. It was not easy to find either. A sign saying Hipcamp would be nice as well as suggestions to four-wheel-drive. Limited Wi-Fi. I was grateful she refunded us.
