A very convenient in-town location. I used Lyft to quickly get to dinner/entertainment destinations. The Camp is convenient because it is in town (minutes from downtown); consequently, The Camp may be too noisy for some HipCampers (not me). The grounds and amenities are very well maintained. The camp host is nice and accommodating. I plan on returning.

The Camp is lovely and updated nicely. Well-appointed with amenities like clean showers/restroom combos and well-kept grounds & fire pit. Had a great time chatting with other guests. Only drawback to consider if you are a light sleeper is the traffic noise - it definitely lies on a main thoroughfare and is near train tracks - so beware of that. Only saw a staff person here & there in 2 days, and I couldn't reach them when needed to borrow a Camp bike so that was a little frustrating BUT having autonomy without a staff person watching every move was also nice, so I guess it's a trade off? Overall, good. Will return.

Great site safe and secure. Great showers and cool vibes. Central gathering area with fire place and coffee every morning. Only drawback for us, mind you we were in a soft side trailer, was street noise. Aside from that would stay again. Double bonus is it’s really close to festivities and downtown Bend.

The Camp is in a great location, we took our e-bikes and were able to ride into downtown easily. The bathrooms/showers were clean and they had a nice community area. We will definitely be back!

Awesome! Nice and clean spot, in a great part of town! Great food, and hiking nearby. I would definitely recommend staying here if you’re looking for a place while in town.

Great coffee, clean showers/restrooms and laundry was a bonus! Walkable to town was very handy since the summer traffic was hectic. The only con is the sound of cars but we soon got used to it!

The Camp was a cool little spot which was close to everything! We were able to park our van and explore Bend on our bikes. The bathrooms were clean and the showers were great! We also love the community space with tables, fire pit, grills and coffee!

The Camp is in a great location to get around Bend on bikes or on foot. It’s close to downtown and the Old Mill District. The property has good amenities, full hookups, and trees for shade. The community area is awesome and they have coffee out in the mornings. We will definitely be back!!

Spent one Friday night in July 2025. It is an RV park so it comes with all the typical positives and negatives of that. As a usual boondocker, we came here for the showers and town location and it provides those well. If you are willing to walk or bike a mile or two (one way) you can get to almost anything in town you would likely want to see or do.

Stayed here 3 nights. Location is close to all the things on my list…food, music and Mother Nature. Restrooms were the trailer kind and were well attended. Sites are close but do have a privacy fence that was nice it didn’t muffle the noise of my neighbors sitting 4 feet from my camper. There was also street noise and trains but they weren’t that annoying.

So convenient! It’s a 5 min drive away (20 min walking distance) to some of Bend’s best restaurants and the river. I also love how responsive they are. Tyler at The Camp was so helpful in getting me to extend my stay, even working through the puzzle pieces with other campers/sites to accommodate my request.

It was an okay stay, more of a basic parking lot setup than a scenic RV park. Bathrooms were clean and well maintained, which we appreciated. The washer could use a bit more attention. Decent for a quick stopover, but not much charm.

Great location to everything i needed. My trip was to ride bikes and I rode from The Camp. The river was about a mile and a half which leads to all trails essentially. Bathrooms were perfect, showers were great after a day of riding.

We enjoyed our stay at The Camp! Tyler was welcoming and answered all our questions, even giving us some local guidance on floating the river. The central community area was a nice place to meet people and sit around the fire and have wine at night. They even provided morning coffee which was a much appreciated treat. The Camp is in town so while it offers easy access to Bend's amenities, it wasn't the typical serene camping experience.

This place is very clean and organized. The bathroom/shower combos are individual units that lock. Very quiet neighbors - busy road nearby but it didn’t bother us. I would stay here again.

Washroom facilities and grounds were all well maintained and clean. Being an RV Park in a metro area means traffic and city noise will be prevalent. Not a problem if you're in a hard sided rig — however I would bring ear plugs if you're in a soft sided rig or are a light sleeper. The place was full with a mix of road warriors, long distance travelers taking a break from highway, and what appeared to be some longer-term stays (The Camp allows stays of up to 45 nights at a time)

Clean facilities and very accessible location 🩶 Rode our bikes 🚴🏽 into town. Quiet spot s as well. Definitely going to come back and use the camp as a staple place to stay anytime we are in bend.

The site was clean and easy to back my 24' trailer into. The location in convenient to most all things Bend. Bathroom was clean, dog park was clean, it is a nice place to camp in downtown (nearly) Bend.

They clearly put some love into this place. Everything is dialed, clean and stylish. The bathrooms, with showers, were sure a treat. Common area with firepit, tables, and grills. The location is amazing as well.

It’s an RV park - pretty standard with decent amenities. It’s on a pretty busy road so there is noise (don’t be confused by the term “camp”). But as long as you expect and RV park you will enjoy it. Clean, nice facilities, helpful staff and nice little park! We will definitely be back and we recommend it! (Note that per their email instructions “pop-up tent trailers are not allowed so just an FYI for folks who have one).
